Poor customer service and Product Quality
I have placed an order with some light switches, and upon enquiring about the expected delivery date, I was informed that the items would be delivered on 25 July, and I was provided with a tracking number for APC Choice. I checked the tracking status on 24 July, which also confirmed that the items were scheduled for 25 July delivery. Based on this, I arranged and booked a technician to install the switches at my apartment that day.
However, despite waiting for most of the day on Friday, no delivery was made. The technician arrived as scheduled, but due to the absence of the items. When I checked the tracking again, it stated that the delivery had been rescheduled for Monday, without any prior notice or communication from SE Home or APC Choice.I had no choice but to send him away.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Not only did I waste time waiting for a delivery that never arrived, but I also incurred unnecessary costs for the technician’s visit. Moreover, the lack of timely updates — whether by email or SMS — about the change in the delivery schedule is unacceptable.
When I receive the package, I found that one item is missing! I need to contact them again to made another delivery.
After arranging the technician to come and install the all light switches, I found that one of the switches has already broken!! (3 days after installation, and switching for less than 20 times...)
I have to contact them again and they just sent me a swtich without the plate and expect me to fix it myself.
The whole experience was awful and the product is expensive with poor quality!
