Great products, easy to use website, they've turned up in good time and so far seems to be really good for my child.

Ordered four products three arrived and I wished to return two items and queried the missing item. Before returning or sorting out the missing items they have to have a meeting to decide whether you can have a refund and return the item.(which legally you are within your rights to return items bought on line) As for the refund on the missing item I very much doubt I will ever receive the refund.

Really bad company, we placed an order mid September but it never materialised and their customer service is nothing else than robots who keep asking the same thing.

Stumbled across this website and im so glad i have. Ordered a great bundle of squishies for my daughter. Shes obsessed with them and i was so happy to be able to get so much variety at such reasonable prices. Dispatched quickly and arrived quickly. Thank you

Bought a rainbow squishy from them that burst after 2 days. Asked fkr refund which was rejected. Will NOT be buying anything else from them especially as they are advising us they work with children with SEND...and I certainly DON'T RECOMMEND them!

No communication regarding delivery. We have now contacted the company via the email address provided and just received an auto response saying we will be contacted. We have also called via the telephone number today and the AI will not put us through to anyone. We have left details for a call back. We have now had to request via Email a full refund. Hoping we have a better expedience with this than some of the other reviewers

Keep emailing to chase my refunds that I'm owed and keeping getting the same response, I have to keep clarifying what's happened due to them having 'limit on notes'. I reply what's happened time and time again and then don't get a response. When I email to chase it up I get the same rubbish back. I would warn all shoppers to not shop here! Scam company and il await the threatening emails they apparently send according to other reviews when my bank does a charge back.

No delivery of a gift for my niece.
Ordered on 21 September and still not arrived on 12 October. When I flagged it hadn’t been dispatched by 30 September, they told me they had sent it budget delivery. Still no arrival.

Lovely product. Nice to have something that is not plastic with flashing lights and buzzers.

My grandson loves playing with it with me. Lots of opportunities to chat about shapes and colours.

I would avoid them. Don’t buy with them. I got half of the stuff I ordered and a written note attached to the box to refund but it has t been done, I’ve been chasing for almost 2 weeks via email and they stopped replying. I can’t call because there’s an AI automated service, Instagram doesn’t work either.

Two items were missing from my order on delivery. Initially had very quick responses but has now gone silent with no update on replacements or a refund. Due to the state of the box I thought the items may have been stolen in transit but based on recent reviews beginning to think they were never sent. Will not be ordering from here again, really disappointed.

Item didn’t arrive and haven’t received a refund. They’re trying to give me a gift card which I don’t want without even asking me. This was last week and still haven’t had this resolved.

Great products, great quality. The only thing that lets them down is using Evri for delivery. My parcel was stuck at the depot for days and I had to chase Evri to get it back. When it arrived, the box was extremely battered and was half open.

Very happy with my purchase as my grandchildren love squishy toys and these caterpillars will be well received at Christmas I’m sure 😊 I would have liked them to have been bigger still but otherwise I’m very satisfied to have found them on your site thank you.
