I would not buy any items from this…

I would not buy any items from this website again especially given all the safety concerns around fake RMS dumplings and NeeDohs. I received a RMS dumpling from this retailer that had a very strong smell and I also emailed this retailer about it without receiving any responses. I normally like to support small businesses but when it comes to the safety of purchasing dumplings for your children I would stick to larger retailers.

We are extremely disappointed to see this review, particularly as you first contacted us about the alleged smell on Saturday 1 August and then posted a negative review accusing us of selling a fake product on Sunday 2 August.

Our stated response time is up to 48 working hours, and weekends are not counted as working days. You therefore published this allegation before allowing us even one working day to investigate, respond or offer a resolution.

We categorically do not sell fake or counterfeit goods. We source genuine branded products through established UK wholesale channels and we hold the relevant purchase records and supplier documentation.

A smell alone does not establish that a product is counterfeit. No photographs of the product, packaging, barcode or manufacturer details were provided before this serious public accusation was made, and we were not given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item.

You are welcome to contact RMS International directly and provide them with the barcode and manufacturer details shown on the packaging so they can assist with verifying the product.

We strongly reject the inaccurate and damaging suggestion that The Fidget Works sells fake or counterfeit products.

Great little fidget store

First time using the fidget works and they were spot on. Quick tracked post, items arrived intact and my daughter was so exited to finally get a big dumpling. Great quality and thanks for the little freebie’s too she was over them moon. So happy to see the UK approved standards too with all the worry of dangerous fakes going around. We will definitely be ordering again ☺️

Be cautious of unusually low prices, unclear seller information or marketplace listings using only generic stock photos.

Recently brought a NeeDoh Glitter & Glow Nice Cube, a Crystal Axolotl SugarGlitter Squishy, a Scrunchems Marshmallow Squishy, a Build Your Own Burger Squishy, a Scrunchems Sticky Squishy Capybara, a strawberry butter and a gold butter. The service was excellent, answering all my questions before I purchased and the arrived super fast. My son is so pleased, I also kept the Marshmallow Squish for myself, soo good to keep me awake in those boring online meetings - I'll be back for more.

I've ordered from The Fidget Works twice now and have been really impressed both times. The squishies were exactly as described and great quality. Shipping was quick, everything arrived well packaged, and the customer service was excellent. It's clear they care about their products and customers. I'll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality squishies and fidget toys!

Bought two dumpling squishies for over…

Bought two dumpling squishies for over £17 (with delivery) Despite them being handled with care by two relatively sensible children, the first popped on the evening of receiving it and the other did the same the day after. Emailed customer service and heard nothing back. Two very disappointed children.

I honestly can't praise the fidget works enough! They sell quality products at amazing prices. They're quick with dispatch and delivery. They're friendly, helpful and eager to make sure their customers are happy. This is why I've already made two orders with them in the space of a week. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been buying NeeDohs from this site…

I’ve been buying NeeDohs from this site for my son’s TikTok account and it’s honestly the best place I’ve found. The stock is always up to date, prices are fair, and delivery is quick. Items come well‑packaged and exactly as described. Customer service is friendly too. My son’s videos always do well when he features the new NeeDohs, so we’ll definitely keep ordering. Highly recommend to any parents with kids who love sensory toys.

I found this site looking for needoh…

I found this site looking for needoh toys for my daughter. I ordered very easily. Products arrived within days as they said. Products are exactly as described. The needoh is legit as my daughter said 🤣.
