My order arrived with several items missing. I reported this immediately and, after receiving no resolution, raised a credit-card dispute for the value of the missing items only. Sensory Education subsequently refunded the entire order value, which I had not requested.

Since then, I have received repeated payment demands and threats of legal action for the full amount, despite formally disputing the alleged debt and offering to return all goods received using a prepaid return service. I submitted a formal complaint in August and have received no substantive response. Instead, the payment demands and legal warnings have continued.

I have found the whole experience extremely stressful and intimidating. I would not purchase from Sensory Education again.

I will update this review if the matter is resolved.

Excellent website and excellent delivery time. Lots to browse through before ordering which also gave me ideas for the future. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Order packaged poorly, box was extremely crumpled on arrival.
2 items were not delivered, 1 was broken, no delivery note.
I contacted customer service who emailed back a template to wait 7 days before asking for a refund. No option to have this sent out separately. Missing items happen so frequently its actually a FAQ on their website. I can send it all back, but at my own expense. Terrible. Would never use again.

Do not buy!!! Horrible customer service and delivery.

Took a long time for items to be delivered. Most disappointingly, a wrong item was sent. When raised the issue with the Customer service team, they only asked me to return the item and not explain when I would receive my purchased product, despite explicitly asked.

Even 2 weeks after returning the incorrect item, there was still no sign of my order or information about it.

Don't waste your energy and money with this company.

Good they ask for feedback as there was almost an issue with delivery - only one of 5 items arrived initially but after speaking to the courier I got it resolved with the rest of the order coming a day later. But had that not happened, I was glad sensoryeducation checked back with me to allow another way to sort it out otherwise.

neon colours for my little neice, had pink on it and i'm glad! good quality, all parts love well no hindrances. A compact and useful little toy.
