I ordered three items from [Company] in…Half my order never arrived, no refund since May and no reply
I ordered three items from [Company] in May 2026: Chew Buddies 6pk, 2x Bendy Wild Animal Friends and 2x Break-Away Bite Bands (Set of 6). The order total was £64.87.
Only the Chew Buddies arrived. The Bendy Wild Animal Friends and the Bite Bands never came, and together they're worth £39.88.
I've contacted customer care several times since then and haven't had a single reply. It's now October, almost five months later, and I still have no missing items, no refund and no explanation.
The company took full payment for goods it didn't deliver and has ignored every attempt to sort it out. That's simply not acceptable. I'd strongly advise other customers to think twice before ordering, especially if they're buying sensory or support items for a child who needs them.

Terrible - ongoing issue
I was asked to order some items from this company for our SEN children at school. Half of them didn’t arrive. I’ve been chasing a refund for 3 months - after reading other reviews it seems I’m not the only one - I put in a dispute with the credit card company and am now being sent demanding emails and very rude responses to my emails. Requested a phone call because you can’t get past their automated phone system. Nothing - just more emails threatening court action. TERRIBLE company - don’t use them.

Items missing and no refund
Two items never turned up (went online and they are now out of stock so would explain why they weren't sent) Chased and chased and cannot get through to anyone by phone or email - they said on their online system they have provided a gift card which is not appropriate if they can't fulfil the order but even so no indication of where or how I can even use this credit I have supposedly been given - do not advise to purchase from this company.

This company is a scam do not order…
This company is a scam do not order from them, I’ve paid by card on check out and they have since sent me several emails asking for an amount due , I’ve responded with no reply , I also complained about the products as it is not what was advertised. They have issued a warning for court action on something I’ve paid for . Absolutely horrendous what they are doing. I’ve flagged it with my bank and since they aren’t responding it looks like it will be legal action. All for an order of £40.

We categorically reject your allegation that this company is a scam.
Our records show that you reclaimed your payment through a chargeback on the stated basis that the goods had not been delivered. Evri’s tracking and delivery evidence show that the parcel was delivered and handed to you. We dispute the non-delivery claim on that evidence.
Paying at checkout does not settle the account where that payment has subsequently been reversed. Our repayment requests concern the reversed funds—not a second charge for the same purchase.
We have escalated this matter to our legal team. We will rely on the delivery evidence, payment records and correspondence to challenge the chargeback and pursue any amount properly outstanding.
Our position is clear: the reversed payment must be repaid.
We will address this matter through formal civil recovery proceedings should the payment remain unpaid.
We are happy to post the evidence of your chargeback and also the proof of delivery here and will do so should this review remain factually incorrect.

Delivery packing could be improved. All items were packed loose and not bubble wrapped, so the outer boxes arrived bashed (not ideal for a gift).
