Faulty TW3
Bought a pair of Tw3 from Amazon 5 months ago. Right Earbud no longer works. Contacted Amazon and they sent them to Sennheiser for repair. Been 2 weeks now, neither Amazon of I have heard anything. Looking at the reviews on here this is normal for Sennheiser, so any warranty is useless. Going to sell my Momentum 4s before they go wrong and I'm faced with this again. The product used to be great, but not anymore. Will look at other brands from now on.
Sennheiser have gone down the drain
Sennheiser have gone down the drain. Obviously they are now owned by people who couldn't care less. Their products are garbage and the customer service is quieter than a mute in a library.
My latest (and last) Sennheiser headphones are faulty, as are many many others, and Sennheiser refuse to acknowledge or fix the problem.
It's very sad to see one of my favourite brands turn to shite.
Disappointed with Product Quality and Lack of Customer Support
I purchased the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 earbuds with high hopes, but it has been a constant struggle. Over the course of just one year, I’ve had to replace the earbuds four times due to consistent quality issues. The left earbud would stop working, or I’d encounter battery issues where it keeps asking me to "recharge headset" despite the case being fully charged.
Unfortunately, when I reached out for support this time, Sennheiser has ignored my requests and ceased to provide any assistance. Despite carefully following their reset instructions to try to fix the latest issue, there’s been no resolution, and now they’ve stopped responding entirely.
I’m deeply disappointed, as I expected better from a brand like Sennheiser. I hope that by sharing my experience here, I might receive the customer service I deserve and that future buyers are aware of these recurring quality issues.

Good quality headphones while they last. Been using them for about 20 years, they used to last 2 years easily but nowadays the wire always eats shit within a year of light daily use(i.e. 20-30 min a day plugged into a phone in a trouser pocket).

After weeks of frustration with Sennheiser’s AMBEO Soundbar, I feel compelled to share my experience and warn others. I purchased this so-called “premium” soundbar with high hopes, only to be left with endless issues and an incompetent support team that seems entirely unprepared to handle them.
From the start, the soundbar struggled to stay connected. The installation demanded a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network – a ridiculous requirement for a high-end product in 2024. Even after numerous resets, troubleshooting attempts, and wasted hours on Sennheiser’s “support” line, I’m left with an unstable device that frequently loses connection and is virtually impossible to control through the app.
To summarize my experience with Sennheiser support:
1. Connection Problems: The soundbar constantly drops the connection, making even basic controls unreliable.
2. Outdated Network Requirements: Forced to use a 2.4GHz network for setup, and transitioning to other networks results in frequent failures.
3. Repeated and Ineffective Reset Instructions: Despite multiple resets and configuration attempts, the issues persist.
4. Useless Support: Sennheiser’s support has offered nothing but generic, scripted steps and irrelevant workarounds that do nothing to address the root issues.
5. Unprofessional Communication: The support experience feels impersonal and robotic, as if the team is overwhelmed or, worse, doesn’t care about their customers’ frustrations.
I’ve never been this disappointed in a tech product. Sennheiser, a brand I expected to deliver quality, has completely let me down. Even with the help of my retailer (who, by the way, has been supportive), I’m now looking to return this product and never look back at Sennheiser.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this soundbar and, frankly, Sennheiser altogether.
Product quality is very poor and customer service non-existant
I have over the last 35 years or so bought many premium Sennheiser headphones and other brands. I became concerned when with very occassional use my £1000 HD800s developed a headband separation. Had them for a few years but Sennheiser customer service gave the out of warranty, you can pay for a repair message! I have purchased 5 headphone bags with Sennheiser logos over the years. Minimal use but I found that 2 of them were disintegrating. Thought that I would speak to customer services but found that they now refer you to a third party distributor. Another company that has found product quality and customer service to be dispensible!

Terrible quality
Terrible quality. Always fail after a few months of very light use with various faults. No point trying to contact them for service as they dont respond to messages or calls. Terrible company, dont buy into this brand, there is much much better available.
Sennheiser will steal from you
I placed and order with sennheiser for a replacement earbud. After placing the order i noticed that the delivery address was my previous adress and IMMEDIATELY contacted customer support to correct the issue. The next day I get an email saying that 'the window to make changes is closed' so I am now being charged for a product I'm not going to get. This is robbery. F you sennheiser!

Horrible , idk what happened right side stopped blinking and sometimes it slightly blinks but not that bright . Maybe right side has broken idk . These are pretty much expensive than Galaxy buds if so why not make them better than giving a garbage for unfair price. Compared to this Oppo is even better

I have had my mtw3 earbuds for just over 2 years. Granted, I had a few problems with them, but sennheiser always delivered their warranty. I sent my headphones back, and they were returned within a week of them receiving them the first time. The senmcond issue was a few weeks ago bit my warranty had already run out 2 weeks prior. Sennheiser have told me not to worry and they will replace the headphones this one time to the mtw4, even out of warranty. This act deserves recognition and I am really satisfied with their customer service.
Great Headphones, Terrible Customer Service
Great headphones, horrible customer service. My headphones broke and they are not letting me fix them without a warranty. The headphones lasted only 1.5 years. After email upon email, the only responses I got were either that I had to fill in all sorts of forms or click several links which did nothing to help me at all. No one would actually review the issue, they kept sending me off to other people so they wouldn’t have to deal with me. If I’m going to spend over £200 for a nice set of headphones, I should expect they last me longer, or at least the company should care about their customers. Disappointing. Won’t be buying from them again.
Good but moved to another brand
I've been using Sennheiser headphones for 20 years now and largely happy with the sound.
For 15 years I used the wired headphones but I found every 6 months the cord would fault and I'd end up buying another pair. This went on until I moved to wireless and upgraded.
I bought two pairs; one for the commute to work and another for the garden. Under two years for both and one ear stopped working in both pairs.
Tried to replace it as under two year warranty, but no luck. They couldn't find my package despite signed for delivery and proof of purchase.
So after years, I swapped to Bose. The quality is much better and couldn't be happier. Sorry Sennheiser but you have lost a loyal customer.

Momentum TW 3 failures
I've had the CX 7 before, still going actually though the rubber on the band needs gluing back on (used across years, extensively).
Decided to drop the wire and bought the Momentum TW 3. Had to warranty fix within the first year, left earbud went quiet. Then about a year later again the left bud is no longer charging. This was light usage over the year.
Simply for £200+ not good enough and the response from the company is stand-off ish. Getting away with the fact it isn't worth chasing Consumer Rights Act (where you could easily argue that a £200 product should last at least until its warranty cover finishes).
Unfortunately second time around, lost a bunch of emails, one of which was the receipt, so cannot warranty fix. £200 down the pan.
All my Momentum TW 3 break after four months
I bought a pair of Sennheiser Momentum TW 3 and I was quite satisfied with them. After 4 months they completely broke and I had to pay for the shipment of the headphones to the repair centre. The said the headphones were fried and shipped me new ones. Now, after another 4 months, they broke down again. It is indeed a shame, because they actually were a nice pair of headphones, but it is unacceptable for a pair of PREMIUM headphones to break every four months.
BEWARE: They operate like actual scammers
As you can see from almost every other review on this page, Sennheiser routinely make junk products and then bend over backwards to ensure that the warranty they offer you is completely useless.
I made the catastrophic mistake of buying a set of Sennheiser HD 450BT headphones in mid-December last year. They began malfunctioning almost immediately (connection issues, random bursts of deafening white noise, erratic battery life), and when they became completely unusable a few months later, I sent them off for warranty repair. It was almost TWO MONTHS before I heard anything from them, and eventually they revealed to me that the headphones had actually been shipped to Germany without my knowledge, while also claiming that the package didn't include the receipt (it definitely did).
At this point I took a look at this very TrustPilot page, and it was a relief to see that this was no isolated incident. Sennheiser are more than aware that these headphones are prone to cataclysmic faults straight out of the box, so they create hurdles in order to either a) send the headphones back to you un-repaired or b) send the headphones back to you un-repaired while insisting that they are in fact repaired. These headphones seem to have now been discontinued. What a shocker.
Last week the company demanded I send them a full and unedited PDF copy of my bank statement "in the hope that we can move forward with the repair"; I DID contact my bank, but it was to force the retailer to give me a full refund instead. If you're caught in the same situation, don't be shy; get that cash back.
Appalling company. Never again.

Wanted a pair of 450BT headphones. Been discontinued UK, but preferred them to Accentum. One of few choices was to order from Sennheiser Germany. I ignored negative reviews and took plunge.
Glad I did. For me it was an excellent experience.
Even tracking the item using recommended Shop app by Sennheiser was fun.
There were a few issues with UPS as there was a global problem with Crowdstrike and Microsoft at the time.
But they were brilliant and headphones arrived in perfect new condition.
And they are brilliant.

Anyone wondering why BT450 and not Accentum. Can fold the 450s, I prefer the controls that others dislike lol

bad shopping experience with Sennheiser and Ebay
I purchased a set of headphones from Sennheiser in April of this year through Ebay they were not suitable so I requested a return which was accepted, but the bar code sent could not be read by UPS which Sennheiser used as couriers the courier said it was the wrong bar code so I paid for and sent them back by Royal Mail I kept Sennheiser informed of what I had done they then informed me they had received the headphones back and had refunded my money back to Ebay who would refund me. So far I have not received my £63 and Ebay says Sennheiser says I did not return headphones in the given time so my complaint was thrown out and now I've lost my money. Sennheiser got the headphones back within the same week they were sent out to me. I hope people will read this review as I would never deal with Sennheiser ever again after losing this large amount of money

I bought the momentum tw3 end of last year and wish I had done more research. I figured they had time to correct battery issues I read about but boy was I wrong. within the month they failed and I returned only to be told the warranty will cover me with the new tw4 because they no longer stock tw3. I got an official letter from Sennheiser assuring me I would have a replacement by April or May. being a new product I decided to wait the 4-5months eagerly. May has passed and this is where bad business becomes worse. They have offered to settle a refund at a fraction of what I paid or else wait til August. 8months after I pay for a product I barely used???? what's to stop them from extending in August?
