Repeated Faults, No Repair, Poor Customer Service
I’ve now had three separate pairs of Sennheiser headphones fail on me, all with the same issue: crackling and unusable sound in one ear. The most recent pair failed after just 8–9 months of normal use — and Sennheiser refuses to repair or replace it, claiming it’s out of warranty.
This would be frustrating on its own, but what’s worse is the complete lack of accountability:
• No escalation offered
• No response to formal requests
• Just a generic 20% voucher and my broken headphones shipped back unrepaired from Germany.
For a premium brand, this level of service is shocking. Sennheiser used to stand for quality, but based on my experience, I’d strongly caution others before buying — especially given how poor their long-term support is.

Still waiting on a resolution to a missing order 2 weeks later. Sennheiser have now advised me to complain to the courier as they maintain the package was sent on time and thus, their end of the bargain was apparently met. What an absolute disgrace. I have raised a claim through Paypal as their customer service is appalling.

Never ever go for Momentum True wireless under any circumstances.
Me and two of my friends I bought Momentum true wireless 3 and after a year the left headphone stopped working on mine so had to send it for a repair and after taking around 5 weeks they sent me a brand new Momentum true wireless 4 as a replacement.
Exactly after 8 months the right headphone went true the exact same issue and suddenly stopped working so I asked for repair and sent it to the manufacturer in Germany and after a week they came back to me in email stating that they can not repair nor replace it for me as it's no longer under warranty!
Less than two years two headphones came up with the same issue after using them only for few months. Instead they have sent me a 20% discount code to purchase a new one from their website :/
I just searched online and found out so many people having the same issue with their Sennheiser Momentum true wireless 3 and 4 headphones.
That two years warranty will expire as soon as you send your out of order headphones to them.
(My friends also went true the same situation with their Sennheiser Momentum true wireless headphones).

I bought Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless headphones in 2024 and a year later they broke. I contacted the service center but they refused to replace the headphones under warranty!!! Do not buy these headphones, they cost a lot but are not of good quality and this company deceives its customers!!!!

Superb headphones…
First bought a pair of ie200s which are excellent for the price and then decided to upgrade to the ie600s as they had dropped in price by £200.These as you would expect are even better.Would definitely recommend.
I went through two Momentum 4's, both garbage
I went through two Momentum 4 headphones. When they work, the audio quality is phenomenal.
But usually they won't. It will be a cracking, popping, hissing or buggy mess that you have to try and fix.
The first one destroyed itself with a firmware update.
About 1,5 years later, the 2nd one connecting it with Windows 11 just results in a very annoying interrupted signal constantly. It's just unusable and even registry fixes is not enough to get it working properly.
Insane how this POS is sold for hundreds of dollars.
On Trustpilot you can see how big of a hit Sennheiser's reputation is taking because of this product.

So sad to see the decline in quality and the lack of a sustainable approach to your in-ear headphones. less than 2 years old, and sent for repair twice, the second time been told "can't repair, sending back" ... this is such a shame - and the reputation of such a great company in the past slowly dying away.

My product was faulty and almost burst my eardrums with static through both ear pieces on the momentum 4 copper headphones, after only one month.
I tried for another month constantly trying to rest them with the problem intermittently happening, when it happened, it took almost a day to get them to work normally again.
after 2 months I've returned them, apparently without receipt. should this really matter when they were sent back in the box which has a serial number on it. I received an email and my reply was to ask them to destroy the headphones and show me proof. I will accept the loss but I warn customers to go Sony or another brand as Sennheiser appear to be stalling for nothing but bureaucracy. DO NOT BUY

Had a very good experience with Sennheiser. Asked for advice on what to get based on my requirements, the support team was more than willing to help and guided me through my request. Would happily recommend them.

They are not afraid to just scam you outright
I have been trying for 71 days to get a refund. It took them a month to get me my return label. After sending my package, they ignored my inquiries for another month and did not send the money. I started a chargeback with my bank and they outright lied and stated to their fraud team that they did not receive my package.
This despite the facts that 1, their system sent me a confirmation that it was picked up, 2, the UPS system says it was picked up, 3, in a later email when they finally reached out after I did a public announcement on Reddit, they literally admitted that they received the package!! They also said that they are not refunding anything, because of the ongoing chargeback with the bank. Absolutely disgusting
No ear pads replacements for HD…
I bought Sennheiser haedphones (HD 300 protect) for more than £200 a couple of years ago and the pads are gone. What's more, there no pad replacements for this model. How can you possibly produce high quality headphones without selling the pad replacements??!!
The only consolation is that apparently Sennheiser normally sells pads replacements for other models.
I recommend you to check this before buying Sennheiser haedphones.
Needless to say, I will never buy Sennheiser products again.

Not worth the money and customer service is horrid
I purchased the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds and just after warranty expired the earbuds and the case would not work anymore. I called Sennheiser customer service numerous times as it was very difficult to speak to someone. Finally I was emailed and I explained the problem and asked if there was a fix or something I could do to get them to charge. The customer service agent responded very rudely and I finally spoke to someone on the phone. Once again I was told that they are NOT able to help me and my warranty was a week overdue and that their repair department wouldn't be bothered to repair them. It was one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had and I DO NOT recommend any of their products because obviously they only care about your money...not their customers.
Sennheiser have stolen my headphones
I sent my headphones to Germany for repair in September. It is now January and I still have not received them back. They have sent the headphones without my flat number on them three times leading to non-delivery. They then sit in a UPS warehouse for weeks as Sennheiser wash their hands of it, and are returned to germany. There is no customer service and it is utterly laughable that they have made this mistake continually. it is almost impossible to contact them. I consider this theft and negligence.

No volume, short battery life.
New an Accentum and although the sound quality is good there's no volume worth speaking of and the battery life is a fraction of my older , cheaper and banger Bentone set. Very disappointed.
