Great service

Great refund process
Sadly the first class carriage was pulled from my train so the upgrade I bid for was no use. However the refund process through Seatfrog was quick and easy (thanks Ella) and so at least I wasn't out of pocket.

Great service
I’ve only recently started using Seatfrog but recommend them. Very easy to use via their app.
I bought an upgrade this week and despite first class being scheduled by Greater Anglia, the train had no first class.
I submitted my claim to Seatfrog for a refund while I was on the train to London and just a few days later, I’ve had a great response from Ella confirming my refund will be processed in the next few days.
Great service and a great outcome

Unfortunately my train was cancelled but the process to secure a refund was straight forward and also very speedy, Ella was very helpful in sorting this!

Great app, great experience
I’ve used this app for years but recently I’ve been using it more having to travel to London from York once a week. I actually tell people about this app all the time!

Credit must be given where deserved
Credit must be given where deserved. I was a first time user and bid on the wrong date and thought I had lost my money. But the team got back to me and issued me a full refund to their credit. They didn’t have to but that’s great customer service in my opinion.

Refund received on my upgrade
I won an upgrade on my train ticket through Seatfrog but just my luck on the day my train was cancelled I wondered if I had lost my money but claimed direct to Seatfrog and was happy to hear from Vanessa that my claim was successful so not out of pocket will definitely use Seatfrog again

Super fast refund thank you
This is my second time using Seat frog and I’ve found it so easy and fun to use. I needed to claim back my upgrades due to cancellation of all trains to my destination. Vanessa dealt with my claim and I’ve already received my refund. Super quick and friendly service. Thanks ☺️
