Signed up for notifications after a recent Mandolin Orange tour date search. A few weeks later got an e-mail alert for a show near me and got tickets before it sold out. Its great when something works exactly as planned!

It is not a user-friendly system. I am signing up to get a presale code for concert ticket. Not to mention the to verify my phone number, it keeps saying "Phone number invalid. Please try a different one.". I have asked my Canadian friends to try as well, they either have the same situation with me, nor they have recieved none 2-step verification code of their phone.

I have contacted the support in Facebook and email, Facebook support asked me to manually send an email to get a code. I sent the email, the support ask me to manually send another request asking for the code. I am having a trouble with the support team, they are complicating things, all they need to do is put my email/phone number on the list. However, they are asking me to resend a request later. It doesn't make any sense. Wasting time talking to support but never getting solid help.

Love the service, easy, most bands are on there, always in front of the notifications.

So glad the band I've been waiting to see uses Seated and I was able to get notified as soon as there was a show near me!! Great service!

They made my day by notifying me about a concert I've been waiting for years. That's a great service especially for non-mainstream artists.

The company is a scam. Seats are sold out before they even go on sale. What a joke!!!

Thanks for the Pentatonix notification. They are a difficult group to get tickets to. Additionally, they are not in my area very often. I purchased tickets based on their notification service.

Seated is a nice social media site that let's me subscribe to updates from dozens of small and medium bands. These bands rarely come to my home city so the updates I get (newly scheduled concert) are just what I want to get.

It's nice to not have to remember when an event is close by and with Seated, I don't have to worry about it.

Seated is keeping me up-dated on the artists I like and where they are playing in the areas that I am interested in. Thanks Seated!

Tried to purchase tickets on this website during a pre-sale. There were multiple different screens on which I had to enter my information, the final of which was a screen that would send a 4-digit code to my phone. The code was never sent to my phone and I missed out on my opportunity to purchase the tickets.

When I reached out to customer service I received a generic form response that made it clear the support person hadn't even really read my email.

I really hope this company dies out soon so I don't have to be forced to purchase tickets through their crappy system again.

I'm so grateful that I got a notification that a fav band is touring again! I'll come back and add to this if I'm able to get tickets- fingers crossed!

my favorite artist is Rex Orange County and I’m so happy he’s coming to Philadelphia.

I love this app! I get notified of concerts and events before the tickets go on sale so I have the opportunity to get great seats!

I always felt like I was missing out on concerts. Now I get the notifications before everyone else. Just scored 3rd row tickets to Judah and the Lion!

This means I know where my favorites are playing and get notified with time to get good tickets. I wouldn't have known the shows were added without it
