I am very sorry to see that you have rated us as 1* on this occasion and for the issue that you have come across.
I can see that an issue has been logged regarding a gap in the sofa and your details have been passed on to the 3rd party technicians at Emmiera.
An appointment has now been raised and they will attend on 29/07/26 so that we can look to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

A welcoming store with no sales pressue
We were made to feel welcome with no sales pressure. It was explained to us what SCS stocked.
As it was very hot, we were each given a bottle of water. The sales person was Connor, very helpful and knowledgeable. We noticed some items had great discounts on quality furnishings and a chair and sofa were subsequently ordered. Would recommend this store.

The quality of the product is so good I went back for more.
The quality of the product is so good I have bought the chair to match the couch, pity about the waiting time but worth waiting for.
The delivery team could not be more helpful they went the whole mile to get it into the house.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Was told would fit through the door, clearly didn't. Had to pay extra for it to be taken apart 200 quid later . Terrible customer service, made the wrong way round. Wouldn't use this company again.

We are sorry to hear that the experience received did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter issues with the delivery and goods not fitting into your property, particularly with the additional costs involved.
While our team are on hand at point of sale to offer guidance where possible, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure that purchased furniture will fit into their property and can be manoeuvred safely through all access points before delivery.
We appreciate this can sometimes be difficult, and we're sorry to hear this led to an unexpected dismantling charge. I am sorry if this additional cost was not discussed at point of sale.
As you have advised that your sofa was made the wrong way round if there are issues with your furniture and this does not match your order documentation please do not hesitate to report issues on our online form and our aftercare team can be in touch
