The delivery and installation was faultless. Both delivery men were friendly and chatty but got the work done in very good time.
Everything explained to me and confirmed with me all was ok.

The delivery company kept us informed as to when they would arrive and when did arrive, they were courteous and professional.

My sofa was delivered by 2 great men Monday 24/3. When they went to assemble it there were no feet included, so they rang the depot which is only a mile away to arrange for someone to bring them over and set up the sofa.
No one came so I tried ringing, only to be on hold for 90 minutes to no avail. I emailed explaining the problem as the ‘chat’ online was not available.
We also called to the store who kindly sent an email explaining we needed the feet and set everything up.
We were assured someone would ring the next day to arrange to call out.
No one rang or replied to either their email or mine.
I tried ringing again, only to hear a recorded message that ‘staff were training’.
My husband called to the store again and they emailed to arrange for someone to ring within the hour.
No one rang.
I tried using the chat online again but although it allowed me to type my complaint it wouldn’t send it!
So I will give them 48 hours and then cancel my order and they will need to collect the sofa.
Appalling service.

I took my mum in to the Bridgend branch to look for a new sofa and chairs. She has recently lost my dad and is also a Parkinson’s sufferer herself so we wanted someone we could trust. We found that person in Scott, he could not have been more helpful and made the purchase very straight forward. The furniture doesn’t arrive until June, but in the meantime we wanted to thank Scott very much for his help and patience.

The order process was excellent from bridgend even though my home is in Leicester. Stuart was a credit to SCS he did everything well and the order turned up on time with lots of communication to keep me in the loop . However the delivery left me somewhat flabbergasted... rang as said and turned up in good time . The sofa was big and they struggled to get it into to lounge ( which they failed to do ) they were sub contractors and appeared to not know how to moneuvour the sofa to get it into the room and just said after 15 mins it won't go in it's too big and left saying they had 4 more jobs to do so left it in my bedroom and hallway !!!! Well if my freind hadn't been around I'd of been lost as after 10 minutes and a bit of determination we got it in ourselves . Sadly they broke the radiator cover which I wasn't too worried about but it added to the abandonment I felt . Sadly the felling of we have to go outweighed the need to get it in the lounge . Suggest training the delivery staff on how to monouver sofas to get them in might be the way forward . Not knocking them as they were polite enough but did seem rather like they wanted to get on to next job without a care as to how I was going to get the sofa in . 5 star sales and process 1 star delivery ... shame as its a beautiful sofa

The gentlemen (Russell & Simon) that delivered our sofa were fantastic. They were very polite and brilliant with my young granddaughters. They were respectful of my property as well as the sofa they were delivering. We had a problem with our last delivery (they ran out of drive time). The manager of scs in Bridgend went above and beyond is rearranging the delivery for us.

Dai & Scott were an absolute treasure, they worked really well with the tight space to get the sofa's into the house.
Both very friendly & professional, placed the sofa's perfectly. Thank you both for your service today you've been absolute gems!

Received my sofa today and I will start by saying I had the best delivery drivers (I didn’t catch their names, sorry). Both were so patient while waiting for my partner to return home and pop the glass out of the window as the sofa wouldn’t fit through front door, extremely helpful, professional and took all the rubbish away with them.

Aside from that the service I received was absolutely below standard and very poor.
SCS had provided me with an estimated delivery slot of 12.05-12.45 as well as a live tracking link. 12.45 come and went and no sign of the sofa or any correspondence to say they were late. I attempted to use the live tracking which did not work. 1.30pm came around and I decided to call OrbitA who were responsible for delivery. Absolutely zero help and passed from pillar to post to be told I will hopefully still get my delivery today but they can’t promise as the warehouse is backlogged and the drivers cannot keep up with demand so my sofa has not yet been put onto the delivery van. Empty promises of phone calls back and conveniently the people I needed to speak to were away from desks.
I then proceeded to call the delivery warehouse who were no more helpful and told me that the delivery slot was subject to change due to traffic.. LIES as I was already told is was due to back log.

Had the delivery drivers not been so amazing this would be a 1* review! Utterly disappointing coming from one of the UK’s leading sofa suppliers!

Russell & Simon were lifesavers, they both used their experience to get our sofas into our new flat which was very tight in certain places but they persevered patiently with a bit of Welsh humour.

Grest experience. The delivery crew, Russel and Simon, called to let is know when they would arrive. They were friendly and swift at unwrapping and building the sofa. Both were very professional and gave us clear information on the care of our sofa.

Waited in all day for delivery that never arrived. Tracking kept telling us we were close then nothing. Noone answering phones. No calls back. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Had my settee delivered Monday and fair play to the lads who delivered it, Russell and Simon was professional and polite and got my 4 seater up into my garden and through my windows. Took all the rubbish with them can not fault them! But after they when and I sat on it and when I got back up I could see bits of glue that's I couldn't see on inspection, but as I sat on it the glue bits was picking up the colour of my dark trousers. Looks like the settee left the factory with some production glue on it and then wrapped up to go. The complaints team are shockingly bad to get hold of and still waiting for a call back 5 days later. Managed to get back down to scs and see the guy we dealt with Andy, great chap in all fairness and dealt with my hangover and sold me a settee on the day, so explained what's happened and he's now helping with the situation and cant fault him either.

Stuart and his colleagues in the Bridgend branch were fantastic from start to finish .
We ordered new sofa just before Christmas at blue cross day prices and we were given an extra price match discount during the January sale
The quality is excellent and despite a computer glitch everything was delivered on the promised day .
