The whole process from the initial consultation and purchase of our sofa was excellent. We were kept informed through every step of the way, right up until the sofa was unpackaged in our living room.
The delivery guys were 1st class in what they do, and we had no worries that our corner sofa would arrive on time, and in first class condition, which of course it did.
Altogether, well done SCS, a supurb customer experience.

For the second time my swivel chair was delivered incorrectly and as a result I have had an oversized dated chair sat in my living room since March 2025. SCS has not bothered to contact me and I have tried endlessly to get a response by mail, telephone and even had to go in store. I paid for my order in November 2024 and am yet to receive my order in full. The fact that I transferred the money into their account and my order still outstanding is not acceptable. I have been told by the advisor that senior management will not take a call as they will not speak to customers. I have now asked for my order to be refunded as I would rather spend my money with a company that cares for the customer and will resolve an incorrect order that is their mistake. As an ops manager I understand the importance of customer service, they have completely left me unsatisfied and have caused a number of issues personally due to their incompetence and reluctance to resolve the issue. I will now look to get my sofa from a customer focused company who will happily help when an issue arises. They haven't even had the decency to collect the incorrect sofa which I now have my solicitor looking into as they have a warehouse yet have to chose without consent to store the chair at my premises. Avoid this company when buying a carpet or sofa, they massively over promise and under deliver and you will be stressed rather than satisfied.

Great team that worked really well transporting and installing product. Friendly team that were great communicating, and the tidy up was great too. Very professional and worked swiftly.

Second time we've bought from SCS , we used to buy from DFS but we were let down by poor quality and useless aftersales, however SCS have been great second time around , so will no doubt be a third sale in the future , the staff at Bridgend SCS were brilliant !

They kept me informed of when my settee was going to be ready and when it was going to be delivered.

I am still waiting for my sofa and chair to be collected and get a refund was not assembled correctly and I've lost faith in this company

First of all we are very happy with the quality and comfort of our new sofas scs are very helpful if you can get through to them on the phone also they emailed me what time slot at 6.30am and delivery was a hour earlier than the time slot they gave me but that's no problem saves me waiting in all day and the delivery boys was great to be honest very polite and I'll give them a 5*

Received a text message the day before saying we would have a phone call one hour before delivery. The next day received an email stating that the delivery time would between 11:35 & 12 so I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the times. When the delivery slot was missed I phoned where I was given an option for a callback option that was never actioned, unfortunately they did not arrive until 16.50 took a short time to install what was great until we sat on the one sofa and it hadn’t been installed correctly. The two seater was only pushed together and not attached. So I’ve lost a days pay got to ring a number where the queue is long so they give you an option for a call back that’s did not happen. Very dissatisfied
