Scott Dunn and our Matt our expert contact, took the time to understand all our requirements, including budget limitations and created a wonderful African adventure experience, from start to finish for our family. A trip we’ll remember. Just brilliant!

The level of service from first enquiry right through to when we returned from the holiday was better than anything we have previously experienced. I would add we had been a little sceptical about the fact that Scott Dunn had booked activities on our behalf in each of the locations we visited in Western Canada but this worked extremely well. Having an "anchor" activity booked for each location meant we had less to worry about and ensured we saw the best of each location.

I have used Scott for multiple vacations over the past several years including trips to India, Chile, Ecuador and the Galapagos and most, recently a bucket list trip to Antarctica and Patagonia. Every trip has been amazing with fantastic accommodations and seamless transfers. They listen to what your priorities are and customize everything as requested. No cookie cutter itineraries. Just authentic vacations with a touch of luxury. A particular shout out to Renata Da Silva who always goes above and beyond to ensure our holidays are perfect and hassle free. You won't regret using Scott Dunn for your next vacation!

Have been trying to book a trip to Vietnam with Scott Dunn for the last 4 weeks. Terrible communication and customer service. The trip they quoted was circa 25K, it was when I asked what I was actually 'paying' for outside of the hotels and flights (which were <50% of total cost) they went quiet. Eventually I gave up emailing! Absolutely useless and complete waste of time.

Renata was excellent in arranging a fantastic trip to Brazil - a big beautiful amazing country!

Awesome Trip to Costa Rica!
Scott Dunn did a great job planning our family trip to Costa Rica. We range in age from 27 to 61, and we all enjoyed the hiking, zip lining, paddle boarding, beach yoga, and snorkeling. The resorts were truly outstanding. Renata Da Silva did such a great job working with us on this trip that we now have her planning our trip to Chile!

We had a great trip to Patagonia and Chile using Scott Dunn. Renata Da Silva did an excellent job of listening to our ideas and put together the perfect itinerary. The trip was flawless and we had a fantastic time. We've used Scott Dunn previously for vacations and I'm sure that we will again.

Scott Dunn has very experienced agents that know the locations to which they send you very well. For Peru, we worked with Renata Da Silva to help design what would work for us. We prefer more active days, more cultural experiences and less shopping. Once we finalized our agenda with Renata, every detail was then taken care of so there is no stress once the trip happens on figuring out how to get from A to B. In addition, the local operators Scott Dunn works with are excellent. I really liked every guide we had. A trip with Scott Dunn can be a bit more pricey as they tend to use much higher end hotels. We tend to prefer the smaller boutique/local hotels which they might not always know as well. We highly recommend the 4 day Inca Trail hike to Machu Picchu and Renata knew this was our main focus but then organized really interesting days before and after. We also went to the less visited Chachapoyas in the North. Renata hadn’t sent as many people there, but really put together a differentiated itinerary. Great trip

My representative Hannah was very careful and sensitive to hear me and prepare a detailed itinerary and made sure everything worked to the clock and served my expectations. The people who hosted or accompanied me, -the guides, hotel representatives, drivers, restaurant hosts-, all were diligent and respectful during my stay. Thank you for this beautiful experience.

Great communication! The accommodations are always exactly as described. The folks that meet us at airports, hotels, boat docks, lodges, etc…are always on time, knowledgeable, and above all kind and understanding! We feel safe going to unusual corners of the world with Scott Dunn! Can’t say enough, love these folks!

Everything we expected was fulfilled from boarding the plane to arriving back home. A perfect holiday with nothing to complain about.

Fantastic trip to Botswana. Organisation and pre-planning by Scott Dunn made the trip run like clockwork. Superb choice of lodges which exactly met the brief we originally set out. Wonderful game viewing on every drive.

The best travel agent/tour operator we have ever used. I had a rough idea of where we wanted to visit and potential hotel options and I had priced up a couple of trips myself but contacted Scott Dunn to see if they would be competitive on price and also take some of the 'admin' away as we would need to take multiple flights with a baby and toddler. I was put in touch with Rikki from Scott Dunn who was professional, patient, took time to understand the holiday requirements and also he worked incredibly hard to bring everything in line with the budget we had in mind. The itinerary you get prior to flying, the constant communication (should you need) post booking and the 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude really sets Scott Dunn apart. Despite travelling 28 hours with a 3 year old and 4 month old the journey was incredibly stress free and I probably owe a lot of that to Rikki/Scott Dunn for doing the majority of the admin and 'prep' for us!

So unimpressed with Scott Dunn’s customer service, or lack of.
I decided not to proceed with a quotation as Kenwood travel offered a far better price for the exact same holiday. Scott Dunn’s response: “we always aim to be competitive in terms of pricing however if the cheapest option is all you are after Scott Dunn may not be the right option for you”.

Start to finish our Sweden Lapland trip was fabulous. The Scott Dunn team did great.Thank you Ashley.

Trip of a lifetime to Morocco!

We worked with Rachael Mendizabal at Scott Dunn to plan our 2 week trip to Morocco. She truly understood the type of trip we were looking for and all of our accommodations and activities exceeded expectations. We had a nice balance of guided tours and time to wander on our own.

Our guide Al- Hadi was outstanding both in terms of logistics, sensitivity , commitment and superlative insights in all areas during visits to Valley of Kings, Queens, Luxor Temple , Abu Simbel and Karnak.

I booked this trip through Scott Dunn as an add-on to a Scott Dunn tiger safari in India in March 2020. We had to leave India a few days early due to the Covid shutdown, so I rebooked the Bhutan portion and added a visit to Nepal as well. Because Bhutan remained closed to tourists until September 2022, Scott Dunn patiently rebooked this trip a handful of times. When it was finally a go for March 2023, my passport got stuck in the renewal process, but Scott Dunn’s Bhutanese ground crew were able to get my visa in record time once I got my passport.

I landed in Kathmandu and stayed at Dwarika’s, the staff of which made my birthday memorable with a serenade and blessing. My Scott Dunn agent even sent a cake and champagne! I had a delightful and educational multi-day tour of the city with a local guide booked through Scott Dunn.

After a brief but relaxing and introspective stay at Dwarika’s Dhulikhel, I finally flew to Bhutan (tip: try to get a seat on the left side of the plane, in front of or behind the wing for a chance to see Mount Everest). For a week I traveled with a guide and driver to four different areas of Bhutan, hiking, visiting monasteries, nunneries, and dzongs (fortresses), culminating in a personally challenging hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery.

But it was as I was leaving Bhutan that Scott Dunn showed its mettle. Because I had gotten my passport so close to traveling, I had not updated my India visa. Although I was only transiting through the New Delhi Airport, the fact that my visa passport number did not match my new passport number, and I only had a digital copy of my prior passport, meant that Druk Air could not let me on the flight to Delhi or they would be fined. The local Scott Dunn team swung into action and worked with Druk Air to hold the last flight out of Paro that day to Kathmandu for me. And the Nepali Scott Dunn ground crew picked me up and booked me back in at Dwarika’s while I changed my flights home with information provided by Scott Dunn’s Singapore office. Scott Dunn made what could have been an extremely stressful event into a seemingly mild hiccup in my travel plans with support from their offices around the world.

This was my third trip with Scott Dunn and it will not be my last!
