The overall experience was great, particularly considering the short time frame for organizing. Ideally, we would have liked to have resolved some issues that came up earlier to ensure a seamless process. Nevertheless, we were very happy with the overall experience and the solutions provided. Black Tomato organized an exceptional tour to two islands in the Philippines for our large group, and we were fortunate to be part of it. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, with clear attention given to even the smallest contingencies. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.
One of the highlights was Black Tomato’s collaboration with local guides, which gave us meaningful insight into the culture and history of each destination. During our tour, we had the pleasure of working with John and Christian, both of whom were knowledgeable, professional, and approachable.

Trip of a lifetime
After having read a review about Black Tomato in The Times we contacted them about a trip to Sri Lanka. We were put in contact with Christie and from the start we were helped in the most professional way. Based on our discussions with her she proposed a tailor made journey to the island and the Maldives which, when we made our trip, exceeded all our expectations. During our trip she stayed in contact to make sure that everything went to plan. And when it didn’t (our return flight was cancelled due to the sudden unrest in the Middle East) BT and their local partner did everything possible to get us home safely. We would thoroughly recommend using Black Tomato and we are already in contact with them to help us with planning our next trip abroad.

Mexico tour
This is our third trip organised with Black Tomato and from the original conversation of what we were looking for on our first trip to Mexico and the final itinerary was excellent, the hotels we were recommended were exceptional and the private tours they organised were perfect.. we will definitely be using them again.

Our Third Trip with Black Tomato!
This was our third trip with Black Tomato and, while the other two were amazing, this one was the best. We spent a month in Japan and Black Tomato accommodated all of our wishes and needs without missing a beat. Given a list of places we wanted to visit, including several WAY off the beaten track, they arranged seamless transport between them that allowed us to relax and get the most out of our trip. The guides we had were fantastic -- a perfect mix of knowledgeable, personable and professional. By the end of each tour, we felt like we had a new friend or family member. The suggestions BT provided for us when creating our itinerary were spot on -- avoiding the overrated places and focusing on the places and experiences that will last a lifetime in our memories. The "on the ground" support we got was fantastic -- we simply texted and received immediate help as needed. There are definitely less expensive ways to travel but the value Black Tomato provides- giving you access to priceless experiences, people and places is more than worth it to us. We can't wait to plan our next trip with them.
