Since its foundation in 2004, Schoolblazer has been at the forefront of developments in schoolwear. We recognised from the start that independent school parents valued convenience and service and were not receiving this from traditional shops. We therefore pioneered online retailing with free name-taping of all garments to save parents time and money. Sustainability and ethical trading are at the heart of our operation. We are the only UK schoolwear retailer to have gained membership of the Ethical Trading Initiative and ensure that everybody who works with our business has a better life as a result. We are carbon neutral, offsetting all our emissions, including those used in the creation of our fabrics, via Carbon Footprint. Where we can, we spend our offset to invest in low energy schemes in our producer countries – ensuring that future garments are made using more sustainable energy. We have almost eliminated single use plastics from our supply chain and over 75% of the polyester we use has been recycled. All of our cotton is now sourced as “Better Cotton”, meaning we work with farmers to ensure that their land management and processes are as sustainable as possible. Our Limitless sportswear range is focussed on driving participation across the schools with fabrics and styles designed for young bodies to ensure that everyone, irrespective of ability, feels confident being active. Across the range our use of recycled polyester is over 90%, meaning that our customers now have the opportunity to select a fully sustainable sportswear option. All of this goes to some way to explain why Schoolblazer is now the leading supplier to the independent sector. We aim to deliver convenience for parents, design and product innovation for schools, comfort and fit for pupils and sustainability for the planet. Schoolblazer aims to deliver all of these in one service.

I purchased a blazer for my son in…

I purchased a blazer for my son in November 2024 and by May 2025 a hole had developed in one of the sleeves at the elbow. I contacted Schoolblazer and I was advised to return the blazer. On receipt of the blazer the company offered me a credit or a refund. I opted for a refund. I received an email with instructions on how a refund is processed. Following a long-winded process involving clicking on various pages on their website, the refund process began, or so I thought. I waited the ‘5 working days’ it may have taken to appear in my bank account but no refund. So, I contacted Customer Services to query the refund status. Eventually, after some back and forth emails, it transpired that my refund application was not successful and I was advised to go through the process again. I am now waiting for a second refund attempt to be a success.

As your order was placed back in November 2024, we would unfortunately not be able to automatically process the refund using the original payment method, which is why we emailed you to ask you to log in to your account and claim the refund by entering new card details. We are sorry if you were initially unable to do this. We can see however that the refund has now been claimed successfully so is now on it's way to you. Not a company I’d chose.

Not a company I’d chose to do business with. Terrible product development, delivery management and customer service. Customers are not a priority because we have to buy from them.

Schoolblazer have answered the review but still can’t answer an email to the address they’ve given here. Poor service

As we have previously advised, due to a recent tightening of security by service providers, your emails to us are being quarantined due to an incorrectly configured SPF record in your company's domain name system, and it seems that unfortunately the same thing has happened again. Great service

Great service, very efficient ordering with the size input calculator. Delivery was quick and the name tags coming already sown in was so helpful.

Easy to use website

Easy to use website providing accurate sizing of clothing once childs measurements put in. Let's you know which items are compulsory and which are optional.
Quick delivery including name tags sewn in to all items in the order.

Brilliant website

Brilliant website. They take all the stress out of purchasing uniform. It's so easy to input measurements and the clothing they send fits perfectly. Fantastic, fast service. Five stars.

Buying clothing remotely has always been a mixed bag, however school blazer make the process extremely pain free. We added the measurements of our child and nearly everything fitted.. 1 item not quite right and the returns process is very accessible. Top marks.
