I had accidentally dropped my tv and damaged the screen. Having never claimed on my insurance I wasn’t sure if it would be a difficult process. I really needn’t have worried. The main insurer Direct Line put me in touch with SBS to handle the claim and they were very sensible and quick to produce a satisfactory solution. I was offered a like for like replacement and the matter was resolved professionally and with little fuss by Amy and Shelly. Customer service at this level is quite rare these days so compliments to both for excellent service delivered in a friendly way!

SBS insurance has very recently handled my home contents claim on behalf of Churchill Insurance.
The reason for this claim was very traumatic, and potentially life threatening, and Millie handled it all very professionally, but with tremendous empathy, she listened to my waffling the day after it happened, when I was very much in shock, she sympathised, but got straight on to sending the correct people out to survey and assess what needed replacing etc. They all came within 48 hours and were also gentle and caring.

I highly recommend this prompt and caring company.
