Had a claim go through from MBNA to SBS, and even though the transfer over was not easy initially, George Riley called me pretty much straight away once it had been transferred.

He just dealt with everything there and then on the phone. We sent images back and forth whilst talking; he checked things with other people to make sure we could do it immediately, made sure it was all clear, and by the time we hung up he'd already sent me the voucher for my new phone. Didn't have to chase anything or wait around. He was also really easy to talk to, relaxed, friendly, and made the whole thing really painless, which I was not expecting! Thank you

I recieved any call from sbs today
24 hrs after previously making a claim to my insurance provider, the call today was very simple and easy , we spoke of the incident that led to me making a claim , this was a very pleasant conversation we discussed the options , and then I was offered an electronic voucher to replace what was damaged.the whole thing took about 30min . Within 1hour of the phone call the email voucher was recieved and of to the shop,s i went 2 hours later all replaced and put right. My 6yr old no longer feels bad for trying to swat a fly.

I recently claimed for a lost diamond ring.
The claim was handled quickly in a polite and efficient manner.
The ring arrived today. It’s beautiful and a true replacement.

Useless process and determined to make you give up. After trying to make a claim on our Home Insurance we were passed to SBS. They asked for photo evidence which we’d already sent to Halifax. When emailing them, their servers wouldn’t accept any email, regardless of size. Called them for a third time with another 30 minute wait, new email address to try and still didn’t work.

Following a lightning strike, various electrical items were damaged. Our insurer put us in touch with SBS, and they have been extremely helpful throughout. Kurt was quick to respond and answered all our questions. He did his very best to ensure we received a settlement with which we were happy, and provided excellent customer service throughout, helping to resolve the claim quickly. I logged my claim with my insurance company around 10am and was called by Amy at SBS within a few hours. We ran through the claim and circumstances and she requested that i send over images for validation.
By 4:30pm that same afternoon i had a currys voucher in my inbox to go and purchase a replacement.
