I had lost my wedding band and been referred to SBS by my insurer. Fatima at SBS was extremely helpful in sourcing a replacement quickly, during a very stressful time. Couldn’t be happier with the service and great communication throughout.

Claim started and completed in under 2hrs. What’s not to like about that. If I’d put the right details in, in the first places then it’s would have been quicker.

I had accidentally dropped my tv and damaged the screen. Having never claimed on my insurance I wasn’t sure if it would be a difficult process. I really needn’t have worried. The main insurer Direct Line put me in touch with SBS to handle the claim and they were very sensible and quick to produce a satisfactory solution. I was offered a like for like replacement and the matter was resolved professionally and with little fuss by Amy and Shelly. Customer service at this level is quite rare these days so compliments to both for excellent service delivered in a friendly way!
