Very helpful and knowledgeable. Repair carried out quickly and efficiently, and they found a defect I hadn't noticed. Staff very friendly. Pity they only accept cash in the shop, credit cards can only be used via online.

I sent my Garmin device to them, the repair was done in extimated time, i was keept inform about the progers at all time.

Beware of this firm, they gave me a quote on a garmin 810 repair , I sent the garmin to them, they then quote me £40 more and when I wouldn't except this they kept the Garmin and wont reply to my message.

Had my Garmin 1000 over a month now, tried to contact by phone and mail, no reply. BE VERY CAREFUL if you send anything to this companythere is a good chance you will not get it back.

Has had satnavs (2)for months never answers phone, has not contacted me at all (email, text, phone) if you want your satnavs back, do not send them here .its a shame I have to give a minimum of 1 star.
If they want to redeem themselves they should send my satnavs back (probably unrepaired) . I'm supprised they are still in business .

Repaired my Garmin Etrex 20 quickly and the unit is now working fine. All dealings with the company were fine and the unit was returned within a day of payment.

Our sat nav suddenly stopped working. A quick search on the internet found several companies nearby that could repair it. Only one provided a quote which I accepted. I asked for a quote on a Sunday, got it on Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. The quote was very reasonable and the repair took half an hour. The engineer was helpful and gave me some advice to prevent another fault happening.

I couldn't ask for a better or more efficient service.

Appalling. My husbands Blaupunkt Lucca 3.5 would stick on the start up screen and we received a reasonable quote. My husband parcelled it up with an accompanying letter including the reference number, model details etc and sent it by recorded delivery. It was signed for the following day....that was in November last year. Since then no sign of it. They said when we queried when we could expect it that there was no record of the machine. They had lost it . Then in another communication they said they had one of the same type but needed details which we had already sent in the parcel but sadly did not keep a copy. If they started it they would have seen our address etc. We have sent numerous e-mails which have either been ignored for weeks or been replied to in 'FAIRY TALES'. Finally we were told that they would post it back on a specific day...we waited...nothing. We are considering legal advice as now my husband has no GPS. Luckily we haven't paid them anything but we shall have to get a new machine. I have retained all their messages and the ones that we have sent....absolutely not even a basic service. Atrocious on all counts.

Sent my sat nav Tom Tom for a broken touch screen which was repaired and is working but the customer care is awful.web page email they didn’t answer and the phone number just rings and on top of that they took the repair price of £37.00 twice and I tried to get a refund with no result ..avoid at all costs and it will cost you..

Garmin smartdrive LMT70: broken touchscreen. I sent my gps after getting a quote because the piece was supposely in stock. She was not. 4 months later, I paid to recover my GPS. Tracking number not found, unintelligible mails,answer once on 10.

avoid this company.i wanted a screen repair on my TOMtomG 40.they gave me a quote .by mistake i sent my reserve tom tom xl but did not realise at the time.they e mailed me and said the unit was beyond repair.i agreed they could bin it.
i then went to use my reserve sat nat and realised my mistake.
there was nothing wrong with the unit i sent them.clearly
they did not look at it otherwise they would have noticed the screen was not damaged.
they refuse to deal with this issue.i have received a number of nonsense e mails in unintelligble english,the gist is that """ you cannot prove what you say"" we are doing nothing. i suspect this
must be scam.

They didn't have my part in stock, despite them saying they did and took my money. It took too long to get a refund. Poor.

Great Service -I had 2 Garmin edge 1000 that had charging issues. Having given up talking to Garmin in found this company. Noticing they were close to home i had both off. They repaired them on the spot and were happy to release goods and e mail invoice for payment. Does get much better that that highly recommend for any sat nav repairs.
