Awesome experience start to finish. Their sales, delivery and service teams were top notch. Equally impressive was the quality of advice and product. I chose a complex build/location and the team helped me patiently months before through months after the purchase. And the end product is INCREDIBlE. My family and I have been enjoying our new large outdoor sauna in the snowy northeast almost daily. The experience and result exceeded my lofty expectations.

Do NOT order from Salus Sauna
I ordered a sauna from Salus Saunas after receiving written confirmation of stock and delivery. The company later cancelled the order without cause and held my funds . After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Washington Attorney General.
Consumers deserve transparency and reliability in large wellness purchases. I cannot recommend Salus Saunas based on this experience.
