The only reason I gave a 1 star is because your phone lines were nor working. As a new customer I wanted to talk to a human being and called the correct number 3 times. The time of the call was approximately 10.00 am . On the three occasions after listening to the recorded messages it say that I have contacted them during out if hours and that I should try again. I hope this is not a delibrate ploy not to put customers off taking to your human employees.
On the positive note I did buy the insurance from you, hopefully my experience with a one off glitch.

The web-site was easy to navigate, the product seems to be good value and the insurance cover competitive. I guess the real test would be if I had to make a claim - which I hope I don't!
