We understand how frustrating it must have been to enter the code multiple times without success, particularly when you're simply trying to access your policy information online. This is not the experience we want our customers to have, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I have reviewed your policy and can see the registration had failed so I have issued a new registration email which contains a link to register and your policy number.
