First time buying a keyed alike set of locks
The process to select a keyed alike set of euro cylinder locks was easy to use and allowed choosing multiple locks of different sizes. I was able to pick the highest BS 3-star locks from a known brand as well.
The new locks were delivered quickly and were well packaged so arrived in perfect condition.

Ordered a keyed alike cylinder pack on Friday lunchtime, delivered by Tuesday 2pm — great turnaround for a custom order. Products feel solid and well made, easy to fit with just a screwdriver. The keyed alike pack builder on the website made it simple to configure different sizes under one key. Very happy, highly recommend.

A good company to use.
I got good help/advice when ordering. A good product which arrived quickly.
The communications from the installation sub contractors was the bare minimum. But the installation itself was terrible free.

I placed an order for 4 door lockers
I placed an order for 4 door lockers, payment was accepted and a confirmation text with an order number was sent too me. Payment was taken. Two days later I was contacted to say they had gotten the price wrong and asked if I wanted to pay an extra £160 odd more . I declined. When I spoke to customer services it was implied I knew the real price and I was working a scam. Very dodgy company.

The error was entirely ours and I am sorry you felt we accused you of something, but unfortunately we were unable to sell at such a significant loss.
