I ordered a 2 lever union rebated…
I ordered a 2 lever union rebated sashlock which arrived in very good time. Unfortunately I was subsequently advised by a locksmith that I had ordered the incorrect size. In spite of safe.co.uk's Tracy Martlew's sincere apologies my return request had been made outside of the 14 days return period. All in all not a great experience.
