Good customer service
First safe was delivered on time as arranged but unfortunately was faulty from the manufacturer. They were quick to respond and I had a replacement within 3 days.

Needed to source a larger, digitally operated safe to sit alongside an existing small digital Securikey Safe, that I have owned for 16 years, trouble free.
Was not sure if Securikey safes still existing but a search on the web took me to safe.co.uk.
They stock Securikey and I ordered a Mini Vault Silver 2E. Very competitive price, which was reduced further with the 5% April Promotion. Free delivery that arrived the next day.
Good quality, 2 moveable shelves, fully lined with a battery operated motion sensor light. Configuring the new combination was straightforward using the instructions.
Being Digital, Securikey provide a registration service so if the safe fails they retain a master code that is specific to your safe.
Very happy with the product and fast delivery.
