Was simple to order two locks keyed alike every other company somehow made this very complicated. Locks look and feel very sturdy keys are high quality. Could of ask for anymore. Also delivery date was agreed and stuck top very well

Excellent safe - difficult instructions
Excellent safe. Efficient installation.
HOWEVER - instruction manual in tiny print, very difficult to read, took me several days to work out how to open and close the safe

Friendly phone sales and very quick delivery

My first order was placed on a Friday and arrived Wednesday, which I was fairly happy with.
I couldn't see how to re-order to an existing key code on the website, but the lady on the phone was very helpful and took my order without any issues.

When the locks arrived
When the locks arrived, they were what I ordered, but the delivery service was very poor, delivering on the third attempt to the wrong address!
From what I could see of the picture did not show the correct delivery location, and it did not allow me to change it. It appears you need to update your satelite images for locations very much more regularly!

Excellent service.
I don't normally write reviews, but my expeniece with Safe.co.uk was brilliant - product is great, delivered promptly, and the spare keys were all really well cut with no catchy edges. Great service.

Yale Professional Security Safe pretty good.
Yale Professional Security Safe seems very good for domestic use. Easy to install and set up and seems solid enough when bolted down. Despatch was very quick, but the 24 hour Parcel Force delivery service became 72 hours. Apparently they had too few serviceable vehicles to deliver!

Great Service, very good safe!
I ordered a document safe one day and it arrived the very next day! Really fast post! The actual safe looks very robust and I really believe it will be waterproof and fire proof. I hope never to test it out.
It fitted my important documents plus a lot of other valuable items too. It won't fit folders though as it would be too snug for that.
This item is very heavy I could hardly pick it up. I've found that I can open it with the special key just fine but there is definitely a secret knack to it which I won't mention here.
Very fast service indeed and I've registered it as well as the key. This company is first class!
