TOP QUALITY POST BOX FOR RAILINGS
FIRST CLASS PRODUCT. Exactly as described. Worth every penny. Just needs a tiny sticker on bottom of postal flap to say 'LIFT FLAP TO POST' (no-one is curious anymore nor make time to explore how things work!), everyone naturally wants to 'push it in' like a letterbox :-( which of course it won't do! we did a simple Dymo sticker saying 'LIFT', since then our post has been inside the box rather than left on the top ;-) maybe the manufacturer could in future create a little 'lip' at the end of the postal flap to suggest lifting?? like a tiny handle? would make a brilliant product 110% perfect if they did ;-)
Customer service and delivery also excellent, arrived in a day or so and fitting straight forward and easy.
100% satisfied, thoroughly recommend, but consumers, be sure to check all your railing measurements, don't blame the manufacturer if it doesn't fit, all the info is on the listing, or ask before buying, they are very helpful.

Very disappointing service.
I placed an order for a safe worth approximately £2,300 around three weeks ago, possibly even longer. The website clearly states that delivery and installation should take 7–10 working days, but this timeframe has long passed.
Despite the high value of the order, no one has contacted me with a confirmed delivery or installation date. Communication has been extremely poor, and we are still left waiting with no clear update.
For such an expensive purchase, I expected a much more professional and reliable service. At this stage, I am very disappointed and would not recommend ordering from this company unless they significantly improve their communication and fulfilment process.
