I want to give five stars but...
I want to give five stars because every art paper print I have received has been beautiful and perfect in so many ways. However, a number of prints were received damaged over 3 different orders, due to packaging issues. I am not sure if this human error or machine packing errors. But it has been a little bit frustrating. However, SAAL always reproduced the damaged prints and resent them to me. I cannot fault them on this. I will continue to use their services because the print quality is outstanding and the art papers used are first rate. But they need to sort out their packaging system.

I ordered a large Photo book. The colours of the photographs matched my edited photographs to perfection. Delivery only took four days from ordering.Saal is an excellent company and I would have no hesitation recommending them to any Photographer.

Packet in the garden & pic cut
They threw the packet in the garden and my dog got it and bit one end. An acceptable!!! You should NEVER throw it in the garden. Nerver!!!
Also, some of the pics that I saw it ok in the pc, they were cut. Faces for example.
Not happy and not sure to continue with the other albums that I have almost ready.
Can you tell me for sure that this is not going to happening again??

Not recommend
Unfortunately, all photos were very dark and plain. Colours were absolutely different. I will not order again.
