au sujet du colis que je viens de recevoir numéro de commande : SAAL Q05 400 288 346
j'ai commandé 13 tirages de photo en 40x30 brillant , à imprimer individuellement et je reçois 13 tirages de toutes les photos sur la même page
je ne comprends pas
Pouvez vous me refaire ces photos comme je les ai demandées et me les envoyer en colis express car c'est pour une exposition en fin de semaine prochaine
et cela gratuitement bien sûr
mes deux dernières commandes chez vous ont été malheureuses
la 1ere s'est perdue et je ne l'ai reçue qu'au bout d'un mois !!! et celle ci ne correspond pas du tout à ce que j'ai demandé
je vais devoir changer mon jugement et ne plus vous conseiller à des amis des clubs où je suis
pour le livreur , il faudrait marquer sur le colis le nom de l'expéditeur et envoyer un message quand le colis arrive au point de livraison

Damaged pictures
Between 3 and 8 of my pictures are damaged on the corner because of wrong packaging. Can you print them again if I give you their reference ? I will wait for your answer before my next order

Got spam mailed with a voucher - but support was great
Got spammailed with a voucher offer by this company. They promised 50% off (in several emails), only to decline said voucher during checkout.
I am correcting my former 1-star rating, because the support contacted me afterwards and granted the 50% discount in restrospect.
I am still unhappy with how things went first of all, but the service (re-prints of my drawings) is fast and of high quality.

La qualité est bonne mais mauvaise impression
La qualité des images est magnifique et très qualitatif
Mais malheureusement il y a eu une erreur lors de l’impression, le titre que j’ai mis, et la photo s’est retrouvé tout à la fin du livre et pas au début comme j’avais mis donc malheureusement le livre ne convient pas et impossible de pouvoir faire une réclamation

I am really happy with both the service and the product from SAAL Digital.
I used the service for a 45 page wedding album with acrylic first page and leatherette cover.
The colour matching was excellent and the service was really quick, with the book dispatched the same day as uploaded.
The software is reasonably intuitive - but pay close attention to the cutting lines!

Very happy 1st time customer, from Australia
I ordered a professional line photo book, really hoping for photo-print like pages, and I am not disappointed. The quality of this book just what I was hoping for. I'm pleased that I could use images in the Adobe RGB colour space. I found the Mac-based tool excellent for laying out my pages.
Additionally, I live in Australia, outside of your supported zone, but the directions given to me to work with a mail-forwarding company were easy to follow.
This was my first order, and I intend to come back for more.

Par contre c'était la première fois que je faisais développer chez vous, et les tirages sont un peu sombres. Il faut que je corrige en travaillant différemetn sur lightroom.
