I recently purchased large pearl earrings at a cost of £72.00 I wore them twice and one of the posts broke completely off and the other one looks flimsy.
As requested I forwarded a photo of the earrings to the Royal Collection but heard nothing, I have just forwarded another photo. The after service is as bad as the products.

Expensive delivery charge
Compared with other UK shops which offers international deliveries, incredibly expensive delivery charges to choose from.
Selected 'Royal Mail' delivery to avoid DHL (DHL custom handling charge is 10 times more expensive than postal custom handling charge). However it delivered by DHL which resulted in paying additional 15% of the purchase price!!!
国際発送対応の他の英国ショップと比べて、ビックリするくらい高い送料しか選べない。
DHL（通関手数料が郵便より10倍高い）を避けて『ロイヤルメール』を選びましたが、勝手にDHL配送に変更され、購入金額の15%も追加で支払わされました!!!

Awful service, avoid purchasing from this company! Purchased in good faith, item never arrived, constant chasing to a poor customer service department and eventually had to contract my bank to recover the money!

Disappointed customer
Although I understand testing times due to covid, I Ordered a Christmas gift well in advance of store Xmas cut off date, I had notification saying it would arrive by 23rd December but it didn’t, after continuous chasing, the item eventually arrived mid January at least a month after order date, all broken due to very poor and insufficient packaging, you cannot reach them on the phone so I sent numerous emails which took forever for any response or acknowledgement,
Eventually got replacement item but obviously far too late for Christmas,
Considering it’s a “royal” store I feel that their service is very disappointing at best
