Speedy delivery and nice presentation
I was worried after reading the other reviews, but the jam I ordered arrived within a few days of putting in the order. Speedy delivery and the jar looks lovely. It's a present to my dad and he hasn't tried it yet so can't comment on what the jam itself is like.
Not what I bought.
I ordered a silver coin for £29.99. There was an Easter discount of £3 so it was £26.99. It was a purple stamped coin for Queen Elizabeths Platinum Jubilee but I received an awful metal coin, which was for sale on a discount online shop for less than £5. The case was cracked and some of the paint on the coin had come off.
Cost me almost £10 to return it and I only had a return address of a Unit on an industrial estate and a reference number.
I did not buy that awful metal coin. I bought a Silver coin. I will eat my hat if I get my money back and apologise to the Royal Collection if I am wrong. Well pay pal gave me my money back. The Royal Collrction are still selling that awful coin.

Untrustworthy delivery
They do not give you any information about specific how long they will take to ship, and they have taken days to ship. They are no help at all. They have a premium number -- so you must pay extra to call them. Really an embarrassment for the UK.

I ordered multiple items for my fathers birthday, after days waiting for a message to say the package has been dispatched I received an email to say one item was unavailable and they were cancelling the whole order. Why could they have not done a switch, it was only biscuits, tea bags and jam. I’d have liked the option. They say 10 days to process the refund and no one replies to emails. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Also p&p is extortionate at £8.95 with no other option.

Appalling service! It doesn't deserve any stars!
I placed an order on 4th it's 10th today and no sign of my order. No one replying to emails sent to them, customer service phone number has an automated message saying that all online orders have been suspended and then there's no one to talk to. The phone bleeps, clock goes on but you don't know if this is a voice mail and you should leave your details or what. The recorded message only talks about hight demanding and suspended online orders, nothing else.
I bought a lot of gifts to take to USA and now I'll have to shop elsewhere and hope that once this order is delivered in 19 days, I can return it and get my money back! It's really not that hard to put an announcement on the website to say that deliveries are taking longer! And I don't mean it in a tiny writing, scroll down to terms and conditions/delivery info! I'm talking about an honest announcement on the front page! So your customers are aware before placing an order for gifts that won't arrive on time!
Terrible all the way through!
Just to compare: I placed an order at the same time at Harrods and had my goods delivered the next day! I forgot 2 items, ordered them yesterday evening and they have been delivered today at 9am!
Now I also know that JL is also selling the goods I've ordered from the royal collection, il head over there!
Hire more staff and fulfill your orders! I think you could've predicted that you'll be busy since we have a new monarch!
Terrible experience…
Terrible experience…. Took 19 days for my mums 96th birthday chocs to arrive…. Way past her birthday… still had the price on… no apology for the slow service. DO NOT Recommend… wish I had read the reviews before using them. They are a poor reflection on our Royal Family
Very slow service
Very slow processing. It took 2 weeks for my order of a coronation pin badge just to be despatched, never mind received. When I requested a return it took them weeks again to respond.

I ordered a coronation bear on Sunday 7th May - its not arrived due to huge demand thats fine but they have taken my money and there is only a message on the website no email to tell me I have to wait. I want this for my grandson due in 2023 to represent the Kings coronation in his year of birth - really disappointed I could have got one from an un-official website but I wanted the best for him? I have emailed them only for that to bounce back - its really unfair.

Dreadful company. Ordered from them a couple of weeks ago, with expedited shipping, and item has still not arrived. No way of getting hold of them via email or phone. Absolute scam!
A little late but everything was in order
They were late shipping the order which is unsurprising as they most have gotten a lot of orders in the leadup to the coronation but once it was shipped it was within delivery time

Appalling - do not use - this has to be a scam - how do these people get away with it ? I ordered something for the Coronation - it has not arrived and I have little faith in them fulfilling the order now - suddenly the website has a message about unprecedented demand - as glossy and authentic as their website looks I now believe this to be a scam - AVOID - other reviews here seem to support this - All i can say is that this kind of dishonesty is a sad reflection on our modern society and it is getting harder to spot. It is criminal acitivity to deceive people in this way. They will never be caught but they will have to live with the fact their success was not earned in an honest and respected manner.
Very Poor Service (Updated)
Paid extra to secure a quicker delivery with DHL Express. What a waste of money, as the package is still at their depot at Heathrow. This is a coronation gift for my elderly mother, and would have expected delivery well before the big day, especially as the order was placed well in advance. With 48 hours to go, it's not looking good. Very poor service all round, by a company, whom judging by other reviews, had performed badly even before the coronation was announced!
UPDATE: Contrary to what I wrote, the package arrived today, 5th May. Bearing in mind the order was placed on 20th April and DHL have had the parcel since 2nd May, I would have expected a much quicker turnaround. Nonetheless, the package did arrive on time, so will upgrade from 1 star to 3.
Sloe Gin woes
Ordered Sloe Gin for the coronation, with express delivery. Over one week later have heard nothing.
Online contact form undeliverable, phone goes to voicemail.
Surely they would have been at least aware that there might be a surge in orders prior to 6 May, and have planned accordingly?
