These guys look like they are headed down the drain (shop offline as I type this) and rightly so judging from my experience and the reviews on here.

Bought one of their mugs as a gift at the request of a friend. Arrived in sad cardboard box (no attempt at some special presentation) and item certainly not worth the £30 (incl del) price tag.

Reflects the smash and grab worst of Britain today, I guess, and therefore sadly apt for our times.

Can't help thinking it sullies the memory of HRH.

Ordered plush corgi toy for 80th birthday gift, delivery arrived 10 days later and it was a pencil!?! Had to ring and email upto 6 times…. 10 days later, still no delivery and birthday had passed. Another email and eventually correct item delivered 2 days later. But another 2 weeks on and still haven’t been able to give to recipient, upsetting as I feel 80th birthday opportunity missed and experience of giving gift ruined. Corgi is actually lovely, postage was refunded but still ruined event.

Impeccable Customer service. After placing an order I telephoned with a query. A real person quickly answered who resolved my issue with a warm, curteous manner.
Very impressed with the packaging, and very fast delivery after ordering. ( Good to see Royal Mail used instead of courier service).
Most definitely use again, a true 'Royal' service.

Ordered jubilee programme, memorabilia in the form of the children's book and 3 bookmarks 1 for each of my children this was ordered 18th May, plenty of time for the jubilee. 24th May received ab email to say delivery would be slightly later than anticipated, the jubilee wasn't until 2-3 June so was still hopeful. It was finally shipped on the 6th June after the jubilee so the programme was a but pointless now but still nice to keep. When it finally arrived the 3 book marks I ordered and were on the picking note were magnets. I have emailed twice now to have this resolved magnets are of no use to me I want what I ordered and paid for. It's not like the products are cheap and delivery charges too. Awful service, wish I had checked the reviews on here first then I wouldn't have bothered. Very disappointing and embarrassing on their behalf for such poor service.

I ordered tea towels & an umbrella on 19th May as gifts for family to mark the Platinum Jubilee celebrations. It is now 4 weeks since my order & nothing has arrived. I have contacted them 3 times & not received a response other than a firm email saying due to demand there are delays. 10 days ago I had an email with a tracking number that does not work. It seems impossible to reach anyone for help or an update. Avoid, avoid, avoid …

One star is generous. Made an order after it said it would come in time for celebrations. To then receive an email that it wouldn't. I tried to log into my account and they keep suspending it after one attempt to log in. Sent an email to cancel order due to poor service and they haven't even responded. Still not even received my product. Absolutely shocking.

I ordered a Platinum Jubilee biscuit tin and Jubilee Juco bag on 22nd May and 9th of June I am still waiting. I didn't mind them not coming in time for the Jubilee because I can enjoy the biscuits for my mum's 70th Birthday at the end of this month and I'm aware they had to close their website due to high demand but when you pay about £5 for delivery and it hasn't been delivered yet and sent a few emails with no reply it's getting a little ridiculous. There's no delivery date given to me when I will receive my products. It would be nice to know if I could even get a refund on the amount I've paid for postage and packaging at least. I've ordered a lot of bunting and memorabilia from other websites for the Jubilee and they all delivered except this website. I can only hope it comes soon.

Purchased various items - champagne flutes and porcelain. Items arrived promptly and were very well packed.

Further to my earlier review, I finally received the items on Saturday, 4 June so was able to give my Mum the programme albeit half way through the celebrations. The quality of the programme was very good as were the beautiful purple bags and the sandwich bag.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have received nothing. I bought my elderly Mum a programme of the events for the platinum jubilee plus a couple of other things which will be useless if they are not here before the jubilee. I’ve sent 3 e mails with no response and funnily enough they’ve closed their website due to unprecedented demand? Erm hello it is a once in a lifetime event of course they’ll be high demand! Perhaps they shouldn’t have included worldwide deliveries or at least prioritised those living in the UK. If my goods don’t arrive before Thursday, 2 June I would like a refund as they’ve taken my money and not sent the goods!

Ordered an official jubilee programme of events the day it became available. No despatch notification yet and last week on the phone was informed that it would arrive on time. Bank holiday on Thursday and Friday and post office closed. Item useless after the event. Now not responding. VERY, VERY bad service.

It’s been weeks & they still haven’t even dispatched one simple order to a UK address. I brought a tea set from the Royal Collection shop on the 13th May as a birthday present for my mother but of course it didn’t arrive in time; in fact, it still hasn’t even been dispatched. I made it clear that it was needed by a certain date; but they refused to dispatch the item on time or even cancel my order. This has got to be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I expect I’ll have to get a refund through my bank.

Wished I had read the other reviews before ordering..... diabolical service. Ordered online 3 weeks ago and still no item and nobody getting back to me. Payment was taken immediately so beginning to wonder if I have been scammed. DO NOT USE THEM.

Feel like I should leave a review because of all the negative ones... Ordered the pearl flower cluster studs (very hard to find elsewhere!) and decided to read the return policy after, which says you can't return earrings and got worried as I wanted to be able to see them before deciding if I want to keep them. Then I came here and read the reviews and panicked. I got worried the earrings would break/pearls become loose as they often do.
I sent a message asking to cancel the order and didn't have much hope, the next morning the earrings were dispatched. Shortly after I got a message from RCS saying they had managed to ask for the parcel to be returned to them. I did have to query after a week when I would receive a refund, and after a day I got another message from Kate saying the refund had been processed. Knocked off one star as the shipping was around £9 and there was no other cheaper option, I've lost this £9 in the process. But otherwise I'm not traumatised:)

Shocking customer service, doesn’t even deserve one star!

Ordered and paid for three items seven weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the delivery to arrive. Chased twice by email and have been fobbed off each time. Absolute disgrace, will never use again.

Horrible shop. Over two weeks to dispatch a simple order. Refused to cancel it when no longer needed, before being shipped. Customer service is rude and most of the time will not respond.

I received a gift ordered online and delivered direct to me. The delivery was slow and several calls were made to chase up the delivery. When I received the parcel, one of the items, a book which was wrapped and sealed was not suitable. As I didn't want to upset the person who bought it, I called customer services to see if I could exchange it for a different book. I was told they don't do exchanges and the only way was to return it and the money would be refunded to the original payment method. As I don't want to upset the person who bought it, the book is now going to a charity shop.

I'm very disappointed at how inflexible they are. The customer service is poor.

You have to pay £5 minimum for delivery, you get overpriced items that are severely delayed. It's taken 12 days for them to despatch the order. I'm not sure why this shop exists. The people running it clearly aren't equipped to do so.

For such a brand name, you'll be shocked with the poor customer service and unbelievably slow processing.
1 week and stil lsimplest order not shipped.
What is the point of paying for DHL delivery if you take forever to start the shipping....

Purchased a biscuit tin which cost £20 with postage. Advertised at £14.95 online but when it was delivered had a sticker on for £12.95. Emailed to ask why I’d been over and received no response. Won’t purchase from this site again.
