Outstanding customer service
order SH2259396 I have still not recieved. I ordered for next day delivery and a week later it is not delivered. I appreciate that this is through royal mail but I would like some help from the sellers to have this package delivered. Route One immediately assisted and I got great help from Maddi, who ordered the same item again on next day delivery with no charge. I have now received the item and it is great, fantastic service sorting a situation which was not their fault

The shop is always bustling feels like an old stool skate shop...hes super knowledgeable and always take his time to talk to everyone and make sure they are getting the correct iteam or just advice..super cool dude..anyway love your stuff!
