Absolutely the worst company to order from. I ordered 2 pairs of pants on Feb 8th of 2026 it's now March 23rd of 2026 and I still have not received my product. I've emailed with shipping details sent back to me. The shipping details are bogus and not to mention UPS does not deliver at 1 am when both times shipping said delivered and it was 1 am my time. I contacted my bank and I've disputed the charge. I'm over it and will never order from them again. Hands down worst company ever to deal with. Good riddens
This company is incredibly scammy
This company is incredibly scammy. First they said the merchandise was in stock but half the order arrived 3 months late. When it arrived I discovered they sent the wrong items and the box was full of other trash (tissues, batteries, etc). I reached out to exchange only to find out customers are responsible for coordinating and paying for shipping costs (including a requirement to insure the shipment), and they charge a 20% restocking fee for any returns or exchanges.
I assumed I somehow missed this in check out so I went back to look through the process and there is no where on the product page or check out process that states this policy. Even a checkbox before payment to acknowledge their policies but there is nothing.
After a lot of back and forth I decide to cut my losses and exchange for the item I wanted, but the address they gave me was not serviceable. The goods were returned and I reached out again and they maintain that was the address. So now I've spent $140 on top of the original purchase to have a box of their stuff I don't even want and they won't do anything to resolve this.
Every vendor on their site also sells elsewhere — do yourself a favor and shop through one of those.

Worst shopping experience I ever had
Worst shopping experience I ever had! I ordered a coffee table , the item is not as the pictures. Different color and doesn't look fancy at alllll. It looks like a cheap furniture. I asked for a return and refund at the same day of arrival. And then things got even worse! Bottom line- Do yourself a favor and do not buy nothing from them! I wish I could add a pictures , just to show you how bad it looks.
Beautiful Furniture, International Shipments Take Time
I ordered 4 custom chairs by a Danish designer. They arrived just as I ordered them, and in perfect condition. Don't be discouraged by the long wait times for shipping and customs clearance. Once your items arrive in the United States, you will receive a tracking number. It was also really seamless to schedule my delivery through the logistics provider's website. After reading some reviews online, I got a bit nervous about my order and that the chairs might never come...but the two times I called Rouse, they answered immediately and reassured me that the chairs were on there way, and that tracking is only available after they arrive in the US. I would definitely order furniture from them again - they have a beautiful selection.

Don't order from this company. Nightmare experience. I placed an order for a knitting chair early April, the listing said it would ship out in 2 Weeks. A Week later, I received a email it would arrive in a few months and had to be custom made. Absolutely no mention of this at all. When I asked them why they advertise that it will be shipped in 2 weeks on their site and that it should be taken down, they had no response and now months later it still states this piece is available to ship within 2 weeks. I didn't get it until July 20. When I received it, it was the WRONG COLOR! A $5000.00 chair. Their argument was that the color I ordered was the color they shipped. But the images they used on the site were a completely different color then the one I received, it turns out they used the wrong images, and listed the sheepskin as "beige". What I received was a brown. A store in my town had the samples and showed me that the chair image they are using is actually "honey". But they are posting as "Sahara Desert" No response, no accountability and refused to give me the manufacturer contact so I could try to get it remedied. My local store gave it to me instead. BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Do not purchase from Rouse Home. I received two defective chairs that cost over $1,000 at Rouse Home, and after 7 months, they still haven't processed a return or refund. They kept on saying they will, but now they are not even replying to my emails. Rouse Home is fraud. I will delete this message if Rouse Home responds and process my full refund.

I am very happy with my Rouse Home purchase! I was very worried because I read reviews about products being damaged only after I ordered 6 Gubi chairs. I even wanted to cancel my order but decided to give the company a chance. Shipping does take a long time which is indicated only after you purchase, but this is pretty standard when ordering Nordic/Scandinavian designer furniture. My order was delivered within the estimated delivery time and customer service replied to me within 24h every time I inquired about my order. Most importantly, my 6 chairs arrived today in pristine condition. Each chair was wrapped and protected in the designer box. 100% authentic and in perfect condition, and this is the best price I found online in addition to be able to pay with Affirm. I will buy again from Rouse Home if they continue to offer competitive prices. I'm very glad that I had a very different experience than other customers and I would highly recommend.

Theives, They gave me a promo lamp with purchase and waited a month to steal the money from my credit card. Then refused to honor their own promotion!!! My sideboard was 3 months late no apologies.Terrible and crooks. I am reporting them to many outlets as thieves!

Kept getting automated monthly emails that I could expect the item within the next month and the order couldn't be cancelled. By the 4th revised ETA, I had had enough and was told I could cancel. Once I said I wanted to cancel, they tried to pretend as if the item had already shipped and delayed cancellation. Finally they relented - But yes I waited over 4 months for nothing. No apologies for the lies and delays. I never leave reviews, but the total intentional dishonesty and utter lack of respect for your time at these prices is seriously disturbing.

Do not purchase from Rouse Home. I ordered 2 expensive lamps in October and was charged in November with an email saying the lamps would ship week of Dec 14. The date came and went. Afterwards, I checked in weekly and was always told, "The lamps are at the warehouse and will ship next week."
Cut to me finally reading customer reviews and canceling the order. The order was canceled, and now two weeks later Rouse has recharged me for cancelled lamps. It's likely I'll be seeing these clowns in court. Don't make the same mistake - whomever is running this company is a crook.

Delays and delays; no delivery information after weeks of phone calls and e-mails. Customer care unresponsive. Seems the rather expensive product is lost.

Do not buy from them. I’ve received over $2000 tv stand damaged. And despite numerous communications with the shipping company (damage was claimed 15 minutes after receipt) and Rouse Home they do not hold the responsibility and I left with heavily damaged beyond repair tv stand.
