I was looking for a waterproof cover. I know nothing is completely waterproof but this cover leeks very bad

I would like to compliment you on your customer service. I called late, on a Saturday for an installation question. The customer service rep was quick to respond and did his best to help solve the problem. The seat covers are nice and would probably get 5 stars but: the passenger cover is a two piece unit while the driver seat cover is a single unit?? My seats have carpeted “kick plates” which are backed by semi-rigid plastic, and were difficult to tuck under the passenger side seat cover. Also, the cutouts for the air bags could have been designed better. The cutouts do not close entirely. Not really a big deal, as no one can them.
As a side note: you might want to inform the customer to let the covers air out for a few days before installation.

When my cover arrived the install instructions were difficult to understand. The middle left latch was broken when arrived and hanging out of the rail.

Fairly simple to put on, looks great and functions well.

Very easy install. Saw some Youtube videos. The directions are not very good though. Looks great!

Horrible customer service. Didn’t receive all the hardware to install roof. They were to overnight 2 days later still did not receive it. Called back and box was sitting in office never shipped. Ended up spending 21 dollars at hardware store for parts cause I needed the roof on to go hunting.

I have bought running boards previously , purchased another set for a different truck, called RC because of an issue with one running board and was taken care of promptly and a no hassle replacement for the one running board needed, going to purchase more products down the road.

Directions could be better. Two hours to put together. Extra parts for Toyota/Nissans not identified in parts inventory.

Always have the necessary parts at reasonable prices.
Parts are all good quality and have served me well.
