Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Didn’t receive all the hardware to install roof. They were to overnight 2 days later still did not receive it. Called back and box was sitting in office never shipped. Ended up spending 21 dollars at hardware store for parts cause I needed the roof on to go hunting.

I have bought running boards previously , purchased another set for a different truck, called RC because of an issue with one running board and was taken care of promptly and a no hassle replacement for the one running board needed, going to purchase more products down the road.

The product is nice
The product is nice, packaging was good and shipping was timely. Installing was easy, however the hardware to attach the step to the bracket was too long. When installing the step the screw went through the aluminum running board. So now I have a brand new product with holes in it because the screws were too long! I would attach pictures but I can’t.
