Rough Country Omdömen 

Ordered a pair of tube steps for my new Silverado Great. They were delivered real quick in excellent packaging. They are a perfect fit, look great. Brackets and bolts fastened up for an excellent fit

Calls and chat to customer service about an issue with my tri fold tonneau cover sticking up at the first hinge behind the cab. Was told because I didn’t have the receipt for the purchase to just have a good day by email. Had a lot of tricks in my lifetime and this was the first and last purchase from Rough Country. There’s plenty other companies that provide the same products so byer beware!

The bed cover was as good as advertised , holding up well. Very pleased with the puchase.

They are short in a 6.5 ft box. Other than that they are fine

I placed an order and received an incorrect part. I did the online return and after 5 days I had to call to get an update on my return request and they said they didn't have one in their system, so I did over the phone. I returned the item back that same day and it was delivered within days. It's been 13 days and no refund, called and they had to input my refund manually and have to wait a few days to receive it hoping I do will not buy nor recommend this company at all!!

I had to call customer service and the gentleman knew exactly what I needed to do and was pleasant to talk to. Also, the product was priced reasonable and was delivered as promised with tracking info supplied.

Have older Polaris 900 HO and it better than all newer one I have but needed heavy duty adjustable struts so I can put 200lb feeder on front and 3-4 deer on back when I harvest doe

Everything went very smooth

Purchased your adjustable crossbars part number 88208. Description says “integrate seamlessly with T slot rails“ when that’s not actually the case. The attaching hardware that was sent does not work with all T slots. I have two different bed covers with T slots that are not made by rough country and the attaching hardware is not compatible. It should probably be clearly stated that it works with only rough country equipment and/or state specific brands it is compatible with.

From start to end the process was seamless. Super fast shipping, easy to install. Looks and functions great. Super happy!

Ordered from Rough Country, and I was genuinely impressed with the shipping speed it arrived in just two to three days. Because of the quick delivery, I had all the parts in hand to knock out the entire installation over the weekend. The packaging was top-notch, with everything well protected and no damage or missing pieces. I went with the M1 struts, and they feel really smooth for now. I've only driven a couple of miles on them so far, so we'll see how they fully break in as they settle, but the components look great on the truck and the quality feels solid. Outstanding experience overall no complaints.
