DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Goods never arrived, plenty of legit-looking emails telling me the goods were on their way…. But they weren’t 😢

This company does not exist in London and the company is a mega scam.I ordered a fine cotton blouse ( not cheap either) and it took long time to arrive and the material is polyester and it is v badly stitched.I even feel bad to give it to a charity shop.My emails have bounced back.Trading Standard should be made aware off.

This company are crooks!!!! Don’t touch them with a stick they’re robbers!!!!!
I ordered a jacket, it arrived after waiting for weeks, the quality was shocking, it’s too short, crumpled & the elbow pads are in the wrong position!!!! After emailing them several times eventually they just bounced back, so £60 down the drain. This companies website shouldn’t be allowed to be online. Also this company isn’t in the UK, very misleading company name. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU’LL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Misleading name as company not uk based. Ordered a dress which took over a month to arrive and when it did it was such bad quality and nothing like the pictures and description on the website. I tried emailing to return but the email address seems to no longer exist or to have blocked me. I believe the company website page now no longer exists either. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed

As per other buyers. I wished I'd read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a coat, and had to chase up for a delivery date and I did get a response.
My order finally arrived today after weeks, although I wish it hadn't as it's like a dish cloth. It won't keep you warm at all, no lining, thinner than a fleece.
If it hadn't been delivered I could try and get my credit card company to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting company.
I've tried sending an email to return this rubbish and get a refund but the email bounced back.

E-mails sent to Rosie London bounced back undelivered as the e-mail address doesn't exist. I am so angry. Ordered couple of items (not yet delivered) before going on holiday on 22st December. After reading all these negative reviews l doubt l will get the order at all. Furthermore, unable to trace the order. Please, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COMPANY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I wish l took the time to read reviews before placing the order.

Stop do not order from this company. This is not a London company. This is coming from China if it even arrives.

The goods were never received and request for refund ignored. I can only assume this is a scam Don’t fall for it

As previously stated by others-returns are impossible , clothes are not good quality and I feel the name Rosie of London is extremely deceptive

definitely not leather ! Very cheaply made , obviously a bad copy of the ones in the photos. Worth £10 - £15 maximum ! All in all I feel conned and they are rubbish ! FALSE ADVERTISING CON ARTISTS ! Do NOT buy from this fake company ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM A STORE I DO NOT KNOW AGAIN ! should be prosecuted for fakes !

This is a scam do not buy from the website cheap merchandise from China. Will be reporting to the fraud squad London .

If I could give zero I would. Absolutely diabolical company with no morals steer clear. You buy from their website in good faith their description of their products is completely fabricated. I bought a pair of boots they were advertised as leather boots and when they came they are plastic boots. They absolutely stink and are unbearable and the quality is disgusting. I contacted the company regarding this and I was told yes I could send it back but at my own cost to China I thought advertising as Rosie London meant that they were actually in London so that again is full advertising this company have no morals. They are disgusting and I would not ever buy from them again. I would like to report them to trading standards, but I’m not sure where I stand with them being in China. I cannot emphasise enough how bad this company is. I really would love everybody to stop buying from them so they get shut down but I do believe they advertise under different names also so they have a way of getting round it but don’t crooks always.

If i could give no stars i would . The most dishonest company i have ever purchased from . They advertise on pinterest , wont be looking at that any more . Cheap plastc rubbish the whole order. Spent over £329 , every thing was advertised as top quality leather , even label’s say polyester!! It also took over 20 days for delivery . Told us we have to return to a Chinese address which would cost between £130 and £160 The cheeky sods offered us 20% off then 25% off and then 40% off no chance Stay away from this scamming cheating so called business.😡😡😡 I could kick myself for being sucked in 🥲.
