If this had 0 stars I would give them it. Long wait for jacket poor quality poorly made and then no communication. Challenged a refund no response do not buy from these scammers based in Hong Kong, they acquire an English website and set you up to fail STAY AWAY.....

If there was a 0 rating it would be that. Don’t order , poor quality, sizing all wrong and returns impossible. Not London at all, Asia!

BEWARE SCAMMERS bought a jumper for my dad it was utter rubbish from china not in uk poor quality nothing like the pictures or description .

Long,long wait for 'real' leather jacket to arrive, medium far too small. Not leather, really poor quality. No invoice, no information for returns. If it seems to good to be true it probably is! Don't whatever you do order anything from these con artists who are based in Hong Kong not London. Immoral.

I purchased 2 long coats. Never came and didn’t refund. When I emailed them, they said it was due to courier issues which had caused the delay.

Do not use this company, they are scammers, they do not operate out of the UK. You cannot return anything. There are loads of these sites which tell you, that if you want to return your product, whose quality is sub-standard, you have to send if to China and pay for the postage, so they offer for you to keep their dreadful quality and return 25% of the cost to you.Another scammer is LORADO, please don't order anything unless you have checked with Trust Pilot and report these people so we remove their disturbing practices from our country. Please,it only takes minutes to do a check.

Absolute scam
I bought a longline hooded puffer for £59.95 and nothing has come to my address after two weeks nearly. I have emailed them over a few days now and the replies are very slow, they never gave me a confirmation with a tracking number which is so weird. I have asked numerous of times for an oder number to track my parcel but nothing they just keep asking me for an order number. Do not expect a refund as this is already looking like I won't be getting my coat. Shame on whoever made this website!!!

Received a shirt that looked nothing like the web pics, looked like a shirt you would be unhappy paying £5 for! When I contacted Rosie for a refund they challenged me and asked for pictures before they could refund. I pointed out it’s my statutory consumer right for a refund and they have ignored me for the past 4days. Avoid this firm they are not a good retailer! .

I never got my item and customer services is very clearly an AI bot as I’m getting the same replies from ‘Jhenny’ time and time again. They also refuse to give me a refund until I’ve received my item however it’s been over a month when they advertise ‘6 day delivery’

The tracking site is also very clearly not a real company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This website is a scam. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed an order and they have not provided any tracking number. Despite reaching out to the company, they are very shady and suspicious.

Ordered a coat on 24th October it’s now 12november and still no coat no tracking number no expected delivery date AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a puffer jacket for £60, 16/10.. it is now 4/11.. I have contacted them via email there response “According to our records, your order placed on October 16 is already on its way to you. It was slightly delayed due to a courier issue, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation as your parcel makes its way to you. Please rest assured that we’re doing our best to ensure it’s delivered to you as soon as possible.” It will be 3 weeks this week, considering it says delivery from 3-5 working days. Quite frankly I do not want the item after reading all the reviews to say all there items are from china. I will be report this company, I hope people read reviews before ordering unlike me! AVOID AVOID AVOID

a scam dont buy from here chinese made goods not as claimed on website. my leather jacket is plastic. looks like a deal from a nice london based boutique but its a window dressing for a scam i was concerned when package tracking started in china, so sent query email. response pasted nonsence about best vfm etc blah but goods not as described very dissappointing im sorry i trusted them. never again

The jeans for my grandsons birthday arrived 3 weeks after ordering. The quality was cheap and poorly made. The zip was the worst I have ever seen on a garment and doubtful it will last a week. I would never order from them again and would not recommend them to anyone else either. Please don’t waste your money. The items are coming from China you can’t get a refund and you can’t track either.

Very poor quality clothing from China and not the shape or colour shown in the picture. The website pretends to be a London based shop which doesn't exist. Didn't bother trying to get a refund based on the other reviews here!

I have this morning been sent a glossy fashion advert , from Roselondon with exactly the same fashionable dress and other beautiful designs (on what must be a computer generated fashion ad.) at greatly reduced prices, that I was foolishly enticed by another so called ‘…..London’ firm ‘MovaLondon’ ( for a fashionable blouse)-another with similar tempting high fashion ad ‘Vintango’ to order the same fashion dress advertised on Roselondon today (for £34.99 then, in May).that materialised as a cheap shapeless unwearable tube of material,shipped from China with no ref.to the order number-just Chinese writing ! —The blouse was a roughly sewn shapeless T-shirt arriving at the same time! I I e’mailed the firms , just as I see one reviewer of ‘roselondon ..’has done on trustpilot, I I was politely told so sorry you are not satisfied, but that I had to send it back to an address given for China, at a cost of £40 in taxes, if I wanted a partial refund! I entered into a back & forth dialogue whereby ( I think the clerical side was in Netherlands)I threatened to report them to trading standards & Watchdog when I had seen reviews that there were many victims some not recognising them as scamming .Watchdog apparently did one of their Wednesday BBC Reports on these so called London’ U.K.

DO NOT BUY, AWFUL, AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

I saw a dress on instagram that looked lovely in the picture. When it arrived it was absolutely nothing like the picture, really poor cheap fabric and an absolutely rubbish fit.

Contacted the company to ask about a return and refund and this is where the problems really started.

Very slow to respond, after several emails, I was eventually told that because the return had to be shipped to China, it was v expensive. Still no return address given, constant fobbing off.

I eventually threatened them with trading standards etc and they finally responded. Offered me 20% refund as a gesture of goodwill! We eventually settled on 60% refund just to close the situation down.

Awful company to deal with, shoddy quality and appalling customer service.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience ever, slow to reply to emails, items not as described, cheap looking. I actually paid to return product overseas as I wanted no part of the insult they tried to offer me. I sent screenshot of dispatch and return sheet. I've heard nothing since. I've contacted on many occasions, no response and no refund. Avoid!!!

Items poor quality and color does not resemble pictures on website. Bought a 2 piece set with w items different colours. Would not recommend.
