I've been using this app for several years and have watched it improve with age. I can only speak for the iPhone. Users must understand the ins and outs of using this app. As an example, if you are expecting an important call from a number not in your contacts, you must suspend the filter for a specific amount of time and make a single change in settings. Once the call has come through you can reactivate Robokiller. As for not blocking calls, are you certain you have set your settings correctly?
As for their support I have no experience and can understand the frustration users must have not being able to get answers. As for cancelling you should go to settings and access your subscriptions. There is where you should cancel the subscription.

Verry unhappy with customer service. It's days before they respond! Their app never logged all calls. Messages left did not appear in real-time. -Usually hours later if at all!
Do NOT Install this app. 😒 Just my opinion. I was advised to Uninstall then reboot my android and reinstall. Did it. Upon going through settings, it locked up because I refused to have Robokill also monitor my text messages. I wanted to maintain my existing Message+ text utility however, Robokill setup didn't like that and locked me out from completing the setup.
Many other glitches as well.
Again, steer clear of Robokill!

They're a SCAM! I started to sign up with them but didn't want to pay for an app so I didn't proceed. So now they blow my phone up with spam calls. Pretty pathetic way to try to get business - stay away from them

Its taken about 40 days of the 90 it could take.. but RK has removed 1478 out of 1570 exposures of my personal data. I do not understand the difficulties others have had with this app as it has allowed me to sleep much more soundly knowing the vast majority of my exposures have been removed. Bravo!

Two days ago “political robocalls” (according to searches for the numbers) from an assortment of never-repeating numbers began coming at me like an avalanche: sometimes as many calls as one every 3 minutes. This made me downright insane. So, I downloaded Robokiller and set it up. The calls continued, but I thought it might take a little time to become active. The apps been on my phone for ~15 hours. I haven’t received any notifications that any calls have been blocked, either. And the calls just keep coming. I’ve received 4 calls in the last 30 minutes. I’m definitely glad I can cancel this worthless subscription during the free trial. Try it, but don’t forget to cancel before payment is due; you’re gonna realize Robokiller does exactly nothing. I’ve gotta change my phone number 🤬

I love Robokiller and have used it for several years. All known scammers are blocked and numbers not in my contact list are screened, scammers hang up.

I got a call from 516-814-7997.
I said: “Hello”
A voice said: “Steven?”
I said “yes?”
And then they hung up.
I googled the number and it came up as, guess who? Robokiller!
Pretty clever but pretty unethical.

This is a scam comoany! As soon as I signed up, I got 15 spam calls. When they did a search of 1000 potential scammers and scammers, they were my family members lol. Someone should report these people and deactivate their business because they are a bunch of liars. Thank God I was in the free trial and after a couple of hours, I unsubscribed and canceled the free trial and then deleted the app so I think I should be fine. I just read all these one star reviews I should’ve looked before I signed up but it was free for a couple of hours.

Hardly works keeps saying upgrade the plan when I already got one that I already cancelled the robokiller staff keeps mentioning tips and tricks on to getting it to fully work this what it's not gotta work no matter what I do to make it fully work

This app needs to be reported as a scam app because I to have had nothing but trouble. I did a *73 that helped a little but I am now being forced to get a new phone because of the damage this app did to my phone

Biggest anti- scam SCAM OF ALL TIME! mmmuuuuhhhhhaaaahhhaaahaaaa! Fleecing the sheep

After months of 10+ spam calls/day, I went to AT&T to verify that the "free Robokiller in my premium plan" was set up correctly. The staff told me that it wasn't and that henceforth, it would work. Result: no improvement. I contacted Robokiller cust svc who stated that I needed the $60 paid version so I subscribed. No improvement. I maintained a long, detailed dialog and call log with cust svc but I think it was just a bot because it didn't help. I cancelled prior to the 7 day free trial expiration and didn't have a problem with that, altho I'm watching my Visa for trouble. I still get the usual spam calls so the various Robokiller subscriptions I had were useless. I resorted to turning off calls from numbers not in my contacts, but this scares me. What if it's a stranger telling me my wife was in the hospital? Disgusted!

The app blocked non-spam calls including my sister, my doctor, my father's HOSPICE nurse (!!!). My father could have died and hospice wouldn't have been able to reach me. The only reason I found out legit calls were being blocked is that I had a telehealth appointment that never came through. When I called them they said they had tried 3 times over the past hour and they couldn't reach me (while I was sitting and waiting for their call).

Do not download this app...I tried and did not continue and Google just took money out if my PayPal account without authorization the card I have on file is not PayPal...I want my money back and there's no recourse!!!

What a disaster! Very important calls blocked that were critical to answer. Could not answer them at the time of the calls were made. Tried to cancel subscription, complete fiasco! Tried to cancel subscription on app, it stated my subscription was canceled but continued to block my calls. The “Chat” is a joke. No telephone number to speak with them directly. They want you to email them. I demanded they cancel my subscription IMMEDIATELY, Deleted app from my phone and it’s still effing up my incoming calls.

LIARS, You can't unsubscribe, you go to the screens to unsubscribe, it's not there, or the button doesn't exist, etc.. phone numbers to unsubscribe DO NOT work!
Please DO NOT put this unscrupulous deceptive lying app on your phone. I found a Support email address and said I'm going to report you to BBB if I'm not unsubscribed soon. They did get back with me and unsubscribed me they said.

Adding to the long list of failures from this company, let's add that is very difficult to unsubscribe or deactivate. Your voice mail will be held hostage until you exhaust yourself trying to deactivate this creepy app. Good luck.

I could swear that this Robokiller app is the one making these spam calls hoping I will pay over $30 a month.
I get calls all day long from numbers that aren’t even registered to anybody!
It reminds me of getting a virus on my computer, and then a phone number pops up on the screen trying to look official.
