Robokiller Omdömen 

Robokiller works just fine when I have it activated. It’s when I’m expecting a call from an unknown number and I pause it. It still does not allow the phone calls to come through last week. My best friend had an operation in the hospital. Tried to call me five times while my Robokiller was paused, I looked for customer support and all I got was a chat that has a vocabulary of 100 words My dog knows 100 words. When you go to the customer service, they just give you a list of problems and if your problems are not on that list, you’re out of luck you can’t call them. You can’t talk to anybody Robokiller kills their clients trying to contact them.

Just announced a price increase of 100%. Not worth the money for this service anymore!!! Corporate greed once again taking advantage of the consumer.

No customer support. works ok at best. These guys could have been great. #Theonethatgotaway. Has not worked for me since day one. Ive made more than 5 attempts at customer support. all have been unanswered.

After installing and setting up Robokiller on my iPhone my voicemail no longer works. First, none of the instructions leads to finding the “voicemail tab”, second my own voicemail message was gone with no instructions on how to fix that, and finally after uninstalling the app my voicemail still doesn’t work and I have no idea where my voicemails are actually going. An hour with Verizon technical help didn’t solve the problem. Using instructions on Forums created to address this problem so far hasn’t been successful. Spending hours now with Verizon techs again.

App was great until recently. It worked seamlessly
with my Google Message and stock phone app for more than a year. It stopped working out of the blue, and will not do anything unless I make Robokiller my default phone and message apps. Customer support is non-existent. Trying to reach them is completely frustrating. I recommend finding an alternate spam blocker. And TBH, I'd rather have the spam calls (Android gets most of them) than have to deal with Robokiller.

Robokiller has no humans. All you receive are robotic responses. I guess they just use an AI to shuffle you around. Anyhow, I cannot get to a person at Robokiller. Hope you like dealing with an AI. Zero support.

I cancelled service as soon as I saw they hiked their prices and once my subscription expired, I was absolutely bombarded by telemarketers and scam calls. Very sketchy and obviously a rather lame attempt to get me to resubscribe. I chose another spam blocker and will never use Robokiller again. Be wise and look elsewhere.

Non-existent customer service. I made paid subscriber and their customer support is absolutely worthless!

After paying for year subscription worked for the 1st month. Problems began to occur. Lost the call and voicemail icons at bottom of screen. Took support 3 weeks to reply and correct. 1month later same issue happened again. Reported to support and to date received 3 meaningless emails that did not address the issue. Support is worthless. Chat is nonexistent, refers you to post email they don’t respond to.
Absolute waste of money.

Deceitful App! I received at least 6 calls a day from telemarketers or spam after downloading this app. As soon as I deleted the app, the calls stopped.

I downloaded the app and within minutes uninstalled the app because of the many privacy concerns. Nevertheless, I was charged $39.99 on my credit card 5 days later. I wrote the email address in preparation for a credit card dispute and received an auto-reply informing me that "We’re currently restructuring our Customer Support department to ensure we can deliver a better service to you and all our customers. Some delay in response time is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience." Not very happy about this whole thing and have to think it is a scam.

Didn't work well, they intercept you voicemail and change it to text. You do not get voice mail anymore. The text are full of errors and incorrect phone numbers. Can't get unsubscribed. They just charged me again for another year. No one to talk to. Will try to get the credit card company to stop payment. What a waste of my time.

Just because it doesn’t recognize the phone number it either puts it on silent call or dismisses it period. I depend on medical transportation to and from doctor’s offices, I don’t need someone to interfere with those calls

I tried the free app. I have never had any unwanted phone calls really. I just decided to try it out. Ever since I downloaded it, all I get is phone calls from telemarketers, etc. I deleted the app. I'm just wondering if this was a marketing move to scare the general public into purchasing the full version, allowing those supposed calls to be filtered in? I just don't trust them

This app is insanely horrible! I paid $60 in advance and now it silences my legit calls that are in my contact list. I can’t tell you the problems that this has caused me-and the money from missed business calls.

There is ZERO customer service and no apparent way to get this malware off my phone! Perhaps the FCC should be doing an investigation???

0 stars would be more appropriate. I downloaded a paid subscription to Robo-“Enhancer” on Nov 4 2023. My spam calls have increased 5 fold, this app is a joke. So is their non-existent customer service, chat bot is useless and I have sent email after email, none of which have been answered. I have added every spam number to their app, no help. THIS APP IS A JOKE!

1. Zero customer support by phone or chat. Only email, but they do not respond to emails.
2. It used to screen calls, but now screens them intermittently. This may be a glitch, but who knows because there is NO customer support.

I am reading all the one stars. Here is my experience after one year of usage. There is a learning curve. Not all spam calls are going to get caught. I had very few issues, no voicemail issues, yes you have to disable it if you expect a call from a Dr. or anyone not in your contacts. when I got a call that was legitimate, and it wasnt deemed spam, (there is a database of known robo spammers and overseas calls) I was given the option to answer it or not. what didnt work for me is the anti-spam texting. They all got through. In the beginning I did have to contact customer service and I was helped. I had it for one year and during that year it stopped working and I would have to redo the call forwarding. I bough this through apple subscriptions, which BTW is the best and only way you should buy, and download an apple app. I decided not to renew the second year. I simply canceled the subscription in my apple subscriptions. I have NOT used it in almost 4-5 months. In that time I have had no issues with my phones nor have i gotten any robo calls. I am only giving it 3 stars because I didnt not renew it as it was a tough app to navigate, learn and use, and I am in the IT world. I received a robo call today and last week from the same number so I went to renew my subscription. I had issues with TotalAV and Avast in the past and I now read all reviews before buying any app. I am shocked to see all the one stars, so I decided to listen to you guys and not renew.

Don't do it. I loved the app. Recommended it. Then I had to buy a new phone & transfer the app. The app froze at "choose default msgr" and would not budge. I HATE their msg Service, but it doesn't seem to be optional but mandatory. God help you if you need assistance. You cannot reach a human. I'm done. Great idea & initially a great product then they fubar'd it. I want a refund as I just paid for premium and have 11mo left on the annual subscription. GOOD LUCK getting one!

I try it 3 or 4 years ago. It was garbage. So I figured it they have together by now. I was wrong. There's $67 dollars down the drain. It's still GARBAGE. My advice STAY AWAY!.
