I signed up for Robokiller and downloaded the app on my I phone. I have been billed for four years and assumed it was working. It turns out the account was inactive event though the billing continued and the subscription listed on my phone did not reflect this. I only found out by logging into my apple.com account to see when the monthly charge was increased.
The billing is fraudulent. I have contacted Apple.com support as well as Robokiller. No one will refund my money nor explain why I was billed for and inactive account.

In April I paid $49.99 I was CANCELLED in early September of this year. Numerous attempts to get answer yield ZERO. Sent a jpg of the bank transaction and no response. The app limits a lot and is pretty good. Customer service is ZERO and obviously the subscription duration is POOR at best.

What is the name of the company (RoboKiller) that shows up in my list of cc charges?

I used to subscribe to this for $39.99 a year, and it was well worth it. And I know prices go up, but from $40 a year to $100 a year just like that? Nope. Bye!

Didn't even have it installed for 5 minutes and phone was already ringing with the same spam calls that I told it to block. There's nobody you can call to get help so I canceled the subscription and deleted the app on my phone. Im going to call my credit card and dispute it as soon as the charge hits.

It keeps overpowering my search and I don't want it. Google advertises it and Robo pays for that but quit blocking all the other options besides this one. It's expensive and --- ridiculous -- look at the reviews -- 88% rated a 'one' star??!

App works great and has been worth the $39.99/year I've been paying for it. Was notified by Google that upon renewal, the price would increase to $99.99/year. Definitely not worth THAT. In my opinion, they need to lower their prices back to something reasonable as they are now just trying to gauge customers.

I still receive numerous spam calls...about the same as before I started paying for this app. What's even worse is the pathetic low level of support. You can't call. Good luck if you try to cancel. To me, the cancel subscription difficulty says it all. Never trust I company that makes you spend a long time trying to figure out how to stop doing business with them. I still don't know if I was finally successful. I wouldn't be surprised if my attempts failed and they charge me the annual rate again. Stay away from them.

I've always been happy with the app. It does what it is supposed to do, but the new company that bought it increased my yearly subscription cost to 300% of what I was paying! I noticed this ahead of time so I stopped the renewal in plenty of time. I have always paid $25 per year, and they raised it to $75 per year. The subscription ended today, and I checked the app to see how much a renewal would be, and as of today, it's now $100 for the year! I liked the service but absolutely will not pay the increased price because RoboKiller is definitely not worth that price!
I can actually switch to a similar service that has been around for about the same amount of time, but whose price is still only $20 per year, and has never increased since they started!

I recently downloaded & signed-on w/ TrueCaller, I had accepted/ agreed to the Terms of service & Private policy also utilized the app to work with this mobile device since my experiences has been awful. The many spam calls and emails, and texts make it very difficult to remove these nuance(s) that exists mostly to take up storage space (in this devise, and all matter accounts that is (or isn't) momentarily apparent; what's transparent IS THAT 9 out of 10 transmittal is spam originated. I hoped the app would help alleviate the problem and ultimately help this user acquire a more secured internet experience, but hasn't proved so. In fact provies to limit my açcess to more security. Again Google Ads are showing naked pictures of men & women, and daily experience of bombardment of spam calls is distressing to say the least. More concerning is the threat of my security and being victimized; taking a loss at the end of the day. I have taken screenshots that I'm able to send, in addition, as an accompaniment. In all fairness, and full transparency (for a more secured cyberspace) I'd comply to either, some, or all: Google, Facebook, Apple, or continued emal; as your recommendation.

Bad app, bad deal stay away from this.
I missed to cancel and wasted $60 that I really couldn’t afford.
It doesn’t work, it messed up my regular phone service that my friends couldn’t get a hold of me.

I have been subscribed for a while and just let it expire 4 days ago. There is absolutely no difference in the amount of spam calls, texts, or emails that I am receiving..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK

Still got tons of calls that should have been caught. Agree to pay charges because I didn't realize it was an ongoing charge but even after canceling the subscription they still want almost $50 a month for the rest of the year.9 months!

I got their personal data protection and it really doesn’t do the job. The initial scan did get rid of a lot but since then, I’ve been sitting at 615 exposure “in progress” for months. Certainly longer than the 90 days max they state. Buyer beware. It appears they are never going to get rid of them all and so then, what’s the point?

Been a subscriber since 2018. However, I just saw that my subscription will be renewing this fall at $69.99 a year. WHAT???? It was ALWAYS $19.99 a year. I reached out to their customer service, demanding justification for the huge price increase. Don’t care to get scammed!

Everything I readed in the reviews are true! No support, no email replies, no human person to talk to, no voicemail replies. Cancel services within 7 day free trail. Still got charged on credit card for a year 39.99 Don't waste your time or money on this scam. Never stopped spam calls.

Didn't block any of the 30-40 unwanted texts I get each day from same sources with different numbers. And can't get refund.

You have to create an account, and give them access to ALL your personal information. Then, you quit receiving calls that you want to receive. THEN, when you try to cancel your account during the free trial, they give you the runaround and start withdrawing charges from your bank account. Stay away from these people!!

I would give no stars if possible. Blocks most calls unless I save the incoming number to my contacts. Have tried to cancel and uninstall multiple times, there is no obvious way to get rid of the app on my phone. Had to cancel my bank card to stop the charges.

It does not do anything!!
