It does not work for me and there is no way to charge back with apple. They declined my refund and i'm stuck with broken call forwarding and no auto bot's to harass spam callers. I feel i have been scammed by them.

I contacted robokiller support and they send me a canned email with links to their automated support pages with no ability to contact a live person.

My support request just submitted to Robokiller:

I just received my notification that my subscription will renew at $74.99 in a few weeks. After being a loyal subscriber for seven years and reluctantly paying $27.54 this last year, to suddenly see the price jump 272% is both stunning and outrageous. I am extremely disappointed that avarice and complete disregard for the customer has taken over. Quite honestly, what the hell is wrong with the management of your company? ***PLEASE*** reply with some rationale for this increase! If you don't reverse this path immediately, you can kiss your company and subscribers goodbye!

I've been with Robokiller for years, enthusiastically recommending them to friends and family. No more. If nearly tripling my subscription is their way of membership retention then let my canceling speak volumes. Shame!

This app’s price increase is outrageous and uncalled for. No new features and yet they want to increase the price from $25/yr to $75/yr? They didn’t even have the courtesy to send an email about why they were increasing the price. Just plain shady business practices.

It sucks I still get calls and text now I tried to cancel and it’s like they won’t go away

Awful customer service. No way to speak to a human. I paid. I did everything necessary to make sure i didn’t miss anything on my end . looked in purchase subscriptions ,the payment went through.
After taking the payment it says failed can not authenticate . I just wasted over an hour trying to figure this out. The help center keeps redirecting me to RoboKiller app that will not allow me to move forward. They should pay the consumer for our wasted time .
Not a cheap app . No excuse

The RoboKiller App is a scam. It never worked properly. It was filtering out texts and calls I needed. Deleted the app and yet it was somehow still working in the background of my phone this entire time! I don’t understand how they aren’t breaking privacy laws when it should be deleted from your phone completely, but it doesn’t! I had to redownload the app and in order to go into the settings it wanted me to do a free trial or pay. I chose free trial and it still charged me $129.99! I immediately canceled the subscription it chose. Thankfully, I was able to deactivate RoboKiller from my phone completely since I had access to my settings. But, I had to contact Apple about a refund and I noticed on the receipt it even states “Yearly with Free Trial” and yet I didn’t get a free trial! $129.99 YEARLY for an app that’s a piece of crap?!?!

Havent used it in over a year and just get billed $89.99. Total waste

I've used Robokiller ever since it launched, and have been a loyal satisfied customer until now. My renewal is coming up in December, and Apple just notified me that my subscription price is increasing from $19.99 per year to $69.99 per year. That's a 350% price increase, and that's corporate GREED.
I'm canceling, and can no longer recommend this app.

This app worked great when I started my subscription many years ago, but it's been less and less effective over time. Recently the company was sold to venture capitalists who seem to focus on extracting as much money from a company as they can (Bending Spoons). They've raised the subscription price on the app store to $90 a year (!) but their website STILL says the app is $40/year. I think they're hoping loyal customers won't notice the massive price increase so they can gouge them on auto-renew. I can no longer recommend this company or app.

Subscribed to this service for $30/year, only to receive a notification that the subscription price will include an ADDITIONAL $50. App works great - just not worth $80. No thanks!!

1 Star seems to generous. Installed Robokiller only to discover it simply doesn't work. On an average, it blocks 1 call, allowing 30 spam calls to get through. Horrible!!! Do not waste your money

Why will you not respond to request to have a number removed from your blocked list? You are blcking one of my comanies support numbers and I have requested to have it removed MANY times and no response. I am a VoIP Engineer and know how to contact the FCC. The rules work both ways. Our number is 100% legit and published. You have no contact phone number to speak to someone. Please DM Me ASAP or I will start the process with our legal department to help me handle this! And also I am pretty good at hitting SM sites with reviews and letting folks know about your poor business. You are potentialy causing the loss of 1000's of dollars for my company.

I've been a Robokiller user for many years. When I first started using it probably 4 to 5 years ago, it was great. It did exactly as it advertised. But over time, the application has gone through numerous major changes, and each time there's a major update, the application begins functioning erratically... With the most recent update In October 2024, valid calls are now getting blocked and no one can leave me voicemail.

On Google Play, their support is an email address that when emailed sends back a message saying that this is no longer a valid support channel.. This is horrible!

We want our money back! You can't get a hold of a phone number to reach these people, they keep circling you back to a bunch of verbiage when you ask to "call management" no such service. There isn't any live customer service!

Terrible customer service. I paid for a year and can't use it. There is no way to get a refund. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

Terrible support. If I could give them a negative stars, I would. I have been a customer for years. This app used to be the best for stopping spam/scam calls. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro running IOS 18. I am now running iOS 18.0.1 and I’m no longer able to forward calls. I have reached out to support but am not getting this issue resolved. I’m not renewing for $80 when the app doesn’t work and there is no way to escalate the issue.

I honestly used to like Robokiller. Something changed. They no longer offer customer support, which I really needed. And the product started becoming extremely buggy. First it started blocking important calls, like from doctors and job offers. Then it started erasing my voice mail. In fact I was listening to a vm and a call came in from the same number, which I didn't answer, but when that call came in it deleted the message I was listening to. And it was an important medical voicemail. I contacted support, but they kept not helping and saying "if you still need help please write above this line". This went on for about a month. I finally canceled my account.

What a piece of CRAP over the past three days I have had 58 … yes that is 58 “ spam risk” calls to my phone . It seems since down loading app and billing $99.99 for the year the spam calls have increased.. once again what a piece of crap !!!!!!
