I have used robokiller for a few years and loved it! Over the last year I continue to get spam calls- more each day- nothing is blocked and there's no LIVE PERSON to contact except for an automated service. UNLESS THERE IS A LIVE customer service- I no longer can recommend this app-- the spam calls keep coning through! Why did i pay for a year!.

I've had RoboKiller for about a month now and it worked great for the first week. Setup was easy and started screening calls immediately and recording calls on the RoboKiller App.

Unfortunately, I did not like the RoboKiller voicemail notifications and interface. The RoboKiller WEB site said they had CHAT support but its unavailable. You have to email support which takes about 24hrs for turn around replies. I emailed them and asked if we could reconfigure my account so all VM would be recorded by AT&T and to my iPhone and they said yes. Ever since the change, RoboKiller has not been screening my calls and support has been nearly non-responsive. It's been 2 days and I still have not received a reply and RoboKiller is not working on my phone.

I will let you know is I ever get my issue resolve3d and RoboKiller working again with iPhone VM on!!

Robokiller flagged a legitimate phone number of a health care provider as a telemarketer and scam. Fortunately, I listened to the message and called back. While I appreciate efforts to block telemarketers, users need to be careful that legitimate (and important) callers are not mislabeled and blocked.

DON'T DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU CAN PAY FOR SERVICE. The app gives your information to all kinds of people. As my brother was hospitalized I wanted to try to get rid of the few spam calls I got so my attention would be concentrated on my brother. My phone began ringing over 30 times daily, usually with no answer and a spoofed phone number. I am also a heart patient. During medical emergencies and my brother passing away I have had to put my phone on "DO NOT DISTURB "and rendering my phone almost useless.
I have uninstalled but it hasn't helped.

Total scam. I am completely unable to unsubscribe. I will have to put a block on my credit card before it renews

Billing Inquiry - No response!!
I have not been able to get a response to my email about a billing issue. I contacted Robokiller directly twice in mid August. Specifically sent an email on 8/15/2023. I was charged twice on my credit card for the service. Why was I charged twice? 7/25/23 $32.58 and 7/28/23 $43.44. The service was purchased through a GMA special offer. This needs to be resolved.

It has been of limited help and I cancelled with 11 months left on my subscription only to learn that it is a yearly subscription an I am stuck with it. Buyer beware.

This is an awful app. I signed up for the paid version and noticed no change in the amount of spam calls I received. To make matters worse it is nearly impossible to cancel the service after you sign up for it. Their website, after logging in, takes you to a bank page that simply lists the places you can get the app. I tired cancelling through the app but that didn't work. I ended up filing a dispute adjustment with my credit card company to get this sorry excuse for an app off my credit card and out of my life.

Do not download this app! It has too many glitches. This app was screening all my calls even those from my contacts and important calls. My phone was not ringing and sometimes. I wasn't even getting voicemail. I had the app for 2 weeks or less than 2 weeks. And I requested a refund and they refuse to give me one. I'm gonna file a complaint and a case with my credit card company To have this disputed. Terrible company to work

I joined the premium trial version and turned everything on as recommended by the app. I use to program computers, so I know how to use an app. After 3 days 0 calls blocked, wrote customer service, because they don't give out their phone number. And their chat bot said they usually respond within a day... 3 days later, 0 response. I think I want to give 0 stars to match the service and effectiveness of this app. Verizon has a spam blocking service that works better than this does. Oh, I've been getting 14 - 20 spam calls per day. Don't spend a penny on this app unless they get it working.

SCAM. I downloaded the app, then realized the cost and uninstalled.. Now im getting 20+ scam calls per day.. THEY SOLD MY PHONE NUMBER TO SCAMMERS

I just does not work. Zero Percent Effective.

Horrible, I was waiting for my job and Cardiologist called me back. The calls went to the app and discovered tonight it had a separate voicemail…I was never addressed to this being a opinion. There were my calls that I was waiting to hear back.. especially my Cardiologist. Seriously! I had enough sense to call back but was never aware they already called me. This could had been very serious. I deleted it immediately.. oh and still was getting some calls on scams.
One good part is it got rid of all the text scams. Now I need to find another provider

I understand the settings and this is a scam. They also continue to charge after cancelling.

This app takes over your phone. It has forwarded my whole contact list to their phone system which I was not aware of before installing the app and I no longer receive vmails. I do not and will not understand the purpose of forwarding calls and vmails as blocking calls is the apps claim. You cannot contact them directly and of course its a bot that chats with you so help is not an option. The call forwarding deactivation code does not work so my phone is stuck in call forwarding mode. Probably will have to change my number. Do not trust the 5 star reviews you see on here. Im sure they are wrote by someone who works for them. This robokiller app is worst than dealing with the spam calls. I only trusted the app because I saw it my local news station. THIS IS A WARNING, DO NOT DOWNLOAD ROBOKILLER.

It seems to me that the bad reviews are coming from people that don't understand the app settings or its purpose. For me, it's worked perfectly and I love it. If you feel it's "taken over your phone", then change the settings to loosen up the interception of calls. It's plenty tweakable to make it intercept as many or as few calls as you'd like.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is the worst customer service and bill you twice for the service. Do not use it, it is the worst I have ever seen in applications. Use Youmail, it's better customer service and they take care of you in minutes instead of days with Robokiller. I have not been taken of just yet.

I don't know how the Robokiller App got on my phone but it has caused me nothing but trouble and aggravation. I tried to answer regular phone calls and since I was never advised about its presence or how it was SUPPOSED to work, I lost numerous calls and couldn't conduct normal business. I haven't gotten any Voicemail since this app landed on my phone. The only reason I tapped ONE STAR above is that there is nothing lower! I got the app off my phone and found all these complaints by other users--so I see I'm not alone in my displeasure and frustration.
I hope I'm rid of it for good!

They said my husband signed up using PayPal.
He does not have PayPal.
Complete fraud. It may only be a few bucks, but it was fraud.

What a scam. There is no way to ditch this service once you sign up. Guess next step - attorneys office.
