Richer Sounds - Southampton Omdömen 

I visited the branch in Southampton to collect a portable cd player. The staff where excellent in helping me sort out the Bluetooth connection, unfortunately it did not work, so I was given a full refund of my payment.

The member of staff was knowledgeable and helpful it made choosing the right items easy and straightforward, very happy with the whole experience including the promotion delivery

Excellent service from the initial telephone conversation with Tom in the Southampton branch, through to collection in store when Rob kindly allowed me to unbox and check the DVD functionality before I left.

I didn't want to go into the store as there was a special promo that would end that eve, However, there was lots of useful info about the product online!! So jumped at the chance to buy the turntable. I was kept informed re delivery which thankfully was Royal Mail so no issues there. All in all very happy with my experience.

Super speedy and helpful service - called the sales team, explained what I needed & the budget - they quickly had links for me to check, picked the device that was the perfect fit for the requirement, ordered and delivered quickly.

The focus was very much on what I wanted, not on an upsell and Richer Sounds are a Company I use and trust because it feels like a personal purchase adventure, not a sales pitch.

My click and collect order was available at the branch in less than 24 hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. The product was exactly as advertised.

Purchased some KEF speakers with the help of Ben and his colleagues at the Southampton store. Ben arranged an in-store demo and made the whole process super easy. His colleagues were also kind enough to help me load the speakers into the boot of my car. Very good service all round.

I found the information I required on your website and ordered the pvr click and collect. In store service was polite, efficient and friendly, giving me additional information regarding this new model, just been updated following some glitches with the previous model. The excellent service came as no surprise, my husband and I have been customers of yours since 1986 and my father since before then. We would happily recommend Richer Sounds to anyone.

The team were great, went in knowing what I wanted. But was advised I could get the same if not better specs for almost the same price if I took a model that was last year.. well it has longer warranty same specs as it was the top spec one. So I took it, staff helped carry it to car and get it in safely and the wife didn't kill me once I explained I spent 50 quid more than I said.
Nice new tv with great pic and sound.

I ordered and paid for a 4K Blue Ray player at midday on a Saturday but was told that it was currently out of stock. However it should be back in stock and ready to collect either late on Tues or Wednesday. But in fact to my surprise it arrived first thing Monday morning! Am I happy? You bet!! Great service and a great company to deal with!!

I am now the very lucky owner of some Monitor Audio Silver 100 7G. And soon to be DALI Sonik 3's as they were SUPERB!!

The helpline was excellent — quick to answer my questions and process my order efficiently. The pricing was very competitive and delivery was impressively fast.

The only area for improvement relates to the outsourced delivery service. It would be helpful if customers were offered more flexibility around delivery time slots. I was home throughout the day but had evening plans, and was advised the delivery would arrive between 6pm and 8pm. Unfortunately, I was unable to amend the slot, which became quite stressful and ultimately required me to arrange for a neighbour to accept the delivery on my behalf.

Phoned into site and checked to see if they had an item in stock that was part of the sale. Tom, went to check as did have one to ensure was not already reserved (this was 14:00 hrs on a Sunday), it was not, so asked for it to be reserved and advised would be with them in about 40 mins. On arrival, was welcomed by Marc, whom asked if could help, I advised that had reserved an Denon audio system. He check it was behind there counter. I then asked about 3 portable radios again in the sale, he checked had all 3, but advised once was just a speaker. Looked at the other two and went with the Pure Classic H6, it had want i wanted on it function wise, but no idea what was like (not the way normally buy as research items to death). Marc sorted this for payment. Literally on way out, then checked on speaker stand. They had a pair Mission Stance which went for. More work for Marc. Appreciated the staffs time and as ever the friendliness. Got out at 16.00. 3 items heavier, but am happy.

I may be a bit biased as I have been a customer at Richer Sounds for many years. My first purchase might have been about 50 years ago from London Bridge when a guy called Julian spent a long time sorting out what I really needed …been going back ever since
