Eager to help. Very good knowledge, and took time to set up the speaker in your sound room so I could listen Thank you.

Friendly staff who took the time to listen to our needs before explaining and demonstrating various options so as to assist in our choosing of products that we required. Great range of items in store and a great listening room to demonstrate. Great prices as well to suit every budget

Great that the ear buds I ordered arrived rapidly . Though I did find it strange that I could not order them on line . And I had to ring around the UK to get the stocked shop to send the product to me.

Very knowledgeable, know there stuff, helpful

Richer Sounds as always were helpful and happy to provide advice.
On this occasion I knew what I wanted to purchase do little advice was needed.
They were still courteous and explained the details of the extended warranty.

I was extremely pleased with the help Dan at your
Reading store gave me. I was having problems with my
wireless headphones and he was extremely helpfull and knowledgeable I could not have wished for better
service. The Reading Store should be extremely proud
having him as a member of their team.
Kind Regards. Brian Fitchett.

I was looking to trade in an older amp but due to its age and no box, this wasn’t an option, however the sales agent offered me a discount similar to what the trade-in value would’ve been. I felt this was good service from the staff member.

The goods arrived when requested and am very satisfied.

Great service and advice.
Very helpful.

Best service by Steve from Reading Store. Helpful, kind, knowledgeable & got my queries & online order sorted. Prompt delivery aswell. Happy customer :) Thanks.

I’ve bought from you in the past.
You’re reliable, friendly and professional.

Great experience with Richer Sounds Reading. Dan provided excellent customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful in choosing the right earbuds. Made the whole process quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Always great service and I'm regularly recommending Richer Sounds. I've taken friends and my neighbour, who have bought and today suggested my son call in.
Friends tell me to leave may card at home so I done spend. Ha Ha

Wouldn't go anywhere else for a TV brilliant service great price and a six year guarantee you don't get this anywhere else so always my first choice go to shop

Great team at Reading, big shout out to James, went in dead set on a particular brand, showed me another option which gave me food for thought. Also changed my view on soundbar set up rather than the full AV set up I have but no longer the room for it.
Really please with the TV/Soundbar combo and thank you for honoring your price quoted, very happy

Speedy delivery.
Very helpful staff in the Reading branch.

I think richer sounds is the best place for tvs and other systems and there price beater is OP

Excellent service thanks very much appreciated ²

Excellent customer service and knowledge.

I went in looking at a specific TV, which was made available to me to look at. However, Dan asked me a number of questions to understand what I was really looking for and offered some alternatives, ultimately resulting in me changing my mind. Combined with a refurbished model being available I ended up with a better TV than I was looking for originally and at a lower price. Now that the TV has been delivered and installed, I'm very happy with the performance. No issues at all with the service.
