Richer Sounds - Plymouth Omdömen 

I was pleased to be able to audition a new amplifier at home with the option of a return and refund within two weeks. However, when I asked for the price match to be honoured I was told despite the exact same product being available at £100 cheaper elsewhere it wasn’t eligible because it didn’t have the same warranty period offered by Richer Sounds, so I think the price match offer by RS is quite deceptive.
I was given a £30 discount which helped sweeten the pill somewhat.

Excellent service from everyone throughout the whole buying process, from advice and guidance in the Sheffield store and support on-line from the Plymouth store in price matching then beating a competitor price. We bought a new LG TV from you recently. The staff in the shop were very helpful and pleasant. The purchase was made efficiently and with no delays and the TV and Freeview box were set aside for Kevin to collect for us.
Those were the positive points.
I felt I had to buy another TV as the Panasonic I bought from you last April had developed a fault. It has been sent away for repair leaving us with no TV in our lounge. Your guarantee does not provide a spare set and we found it too inconvenient to manage without a TV to watch. This was made even more difficult because my husband has Alzheimer's disease. Watching TV is his only entertainment during the day.

My Cyrus CD7 had given up the ghost after 25 years of service so i was looking for a replacement. I had been told by a dealer locally that the replacement - CDi had sold out completely and not available anywhere. Richer Sounds were advertising stock. I was sceptical so I called the Plymouth branch and spoke to Oana who was helpful, professional and answered my questions - took and order and communicated a delivery date. The product did turn up - earlier than promised and is now working well in the HiFi stack. I then received an email from Oana to check everything was OK. Great service is alive and living in Plymouth !

A staff that know the products being sold. The only shop to suggest a cheaper option if they believe it is in the customer interest. A shop that does not want just today's business they want life time customers and I am.

I bought a Hisense tv using Richer Sounds on line store and decided to collect it myself from my local store. Before collecting it a week later I noticed that it was now advertised at a cheaper price. I drew this to the assistants attention when collecting and was immediately refunded the difference. Good experience, well done.
