Richer Sounds - Middlesbrough Omdömen

Ordered online, delivered promptly by DPD to store for collection.

I've also bought directly from the shop previously and found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable.

Helpful and friendly from ringing through to going into the store to collect. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great service ,

Excellent service, salesman pleasant, friendly and very helpful

The staff member Dave from Middlesbrough branch who dealt with my television purchase provided me with the best customer service I have received from any retailer in over 20 years. For me it is this which makes the difference when I am considering a retailer for subsequent purchases. Needless to say I shall be using Richer Sounds in future.

I felt with the manager him self helped me with all my questions that I asked him polite and friendly to talk to ales helped with the delivery of my TV

For a start the advice that the staff give is excellent, the number of times I have purchased TV and hi-fi from Richer Sounds never once have I been convinced to purchase the most expensive or something that doesn't suit me, advice has always been in the customers best interests. Prices of equipment is very competitive, as long as I live I'll never buy from anywhere else .
Dave who was my advisor and salesman from Middlesbrough was top of the pops

Richer Sounds, Middlesbrough, have proved, once again for us, that they are tops for tv!! ...Thanks!

I've purchased a few things from this shop and I've never been disappointed, the staff are very friendly and helpful and i will be using them regularly. The layout in the Middlesbrough shop is superb so I can't fault them at all.

Excellent service from start to finish, all staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff are very helpful and very informative they dont push you at all this is how a shop should be run

after initial disapointment that the TV I wanted was not available at the Middlesbrough store, Shaun came back to me with a solution/delivery from another store which as worked out fine

Your staff are always efficient and most helpful and knowledgable about the product they are selling.

Had a problem with a tv bought recently however I was told to take it back to richer sounds by the store manager and exchanged for a better model, no questions asked, great company, always happy to help you out.

Great buying experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Flexible opening times and good prices.

Friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you even looking further to find the right thing for us. Good choice and fair prices.

Great service and brilliant advice

We had arranged for a demonstration of a soundbar and subwoofer and were very impressed the sales man was very helpful and explained all about it. In fact we bought it there and then.
