Richer Sounds - Manchester Omdömen 

Decided to buy a filo cd player and have always used richer sound for my hi-fi and speakers over the last 30+ years,had it posted out and was here in two days

My little compact radio / CD player / Bluetooth works great. Perfect for my kitchen where I don’t need ‘big sound’. I was advised that for my purposes, I didn’t need the more expensive product, and you were right. It’s great, easy to use, and I get to listen to CDs again.

Ryan was honest and spoke Welsh! However I did NOT like the comment at the bottom of the invoice about getting back to you within 24 hours if the product is damaged being in "microscopic" print. This should be in LARGE print with attention drawn to it.

Matt in the Manchester store was super helpful and made sure I got the best possible deal. Everything was delivered safely and on time. I even had a follow up call to check everything was ok. Great customer service and will be back.

Good advice on options for a new LG TV at a good price

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Matt kindly set up a listening session and helped me choose between two mini hifi systems and four pairs of speakers using six tracks from four cds. He was so helpful and patient with all the switching around. And I’m really happy with the outcome.

The overall process was smooth and simple. Navigation of the web site was a clunky but the product was delivered promptly and pickup from the Richer store was quick and easy.

service was good. item I wanted was identified and after speaking to staff zi ordered and paid for it to be collected the following day.
The only negative was the incorrect advice I was given.I asked if it was "plug and play without any set up" I was told "yes"
it wasn't. it came in 3 pieces. and I needed to fit a drive belt.
luckily this was not too difficult.
However, I am dissapointed in being given inaccurate information.

I was looking to purchase a turntable and sought advice from my local Manchester store. I needed to know that the turntable would work with my current Denon hi-fi. I contacted the Manchester store via email asking for advice on turntables and if they would be compatible with my hi-fi and also enquired about extending the audio leads. I received a prompt detailed response from Matt including information and links to the cables I sought information about and build quality of the turntables. I had a few other follow up questions, which Matt promptly dealt with. Superb customer service from the Manchester store. After weighing up my options I decided to purchase the turntable online, but I was unable to complete the purchase, I was guided to phone the Manchester store as an alternative to complete my purchase. I spoke with Adrian over the phone and he advised me that the turntable was out of stock but offered a near identical model at the same cost. I also enquired about vinyl cleaning products, Adrian informed me that he owned the same kit I was enquiring about and recommended the product. Overall a great experience dealing with the Manchester store, smooth easy transaction and delivered to my home the very next day. First class customer service.

Over 10 years ago we bought a Cambridge hi-fi set-up from Richer Sounds, including a Project direct drive turntable, and we're extremely happy with our purchase, and the customer service that we experienced from all the staff we encountered. This year, the CD player decided it liked our Gregory Porter CD so much that it refused to give it back. We spoke with Adrian(Store Manager) on the telephone, and we took it in to see what could be done. He explained that because it was a very early model, spare parts might not be available to fix it. It turned out that this was the case, so we decided to purchase another unit to replace it. They agreed to refund the original repair deposit, and also gave us a reduction to allow us to replace the lost CD, which I felt was customer service "above and beyond". They also arranged for free DPD delivery the following morning, which has happened perfectly. I'd just like to thank both Adrian, and all the staff involved for their excellent customer service, experience and making us, the return customer, feel so special. I'd recommend Richer Sounds to anybody wanting hi-fi equipment without blinking. To us, you are a trusted supplier. Thank you very much.

The member of staff was so helpful, there should have been one item of the item we were buying in stock, but once he thought it wasn't he said it would be delivered free of charge the next day and it was. Exceptional service.
