Purchased a Samsung TV from Maidstone branch.The person I delt with called Jay was so knowledgeable and helpful .I have used Richer Sounds before and will definitely buy again.Excellent service and the best prices

I have been using Richer Sound in Maidstone for a couple of years now. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable, especially Ben the store manager. Products are dispatched quickly and at competitive prices.

Good company to deal with, the Maidstone branch was very quick at answering the emails and informative, placed my order for a out of stock turntable and it turned up earlier than expected and it’s great 👍 shame I couldn’t call the local shop (Maidstone) and talk to them in person tho .
